Short Hispanic manger is beyond RUDE. Has 0 customer service. My 3 year old has better manners. She is so rude. Don’t even waste ur time going. She needs to be replaced

If I could rate it 0 stars I would.

I was in line behind a woman and her child waiting to order a pretzel. When the woman working there was finished with the people in front of me I said “hello” and waited for a response. The woman stared at me and then went to the back without a word. A man came out that she yelled something to in another language and he also ignored me and did not respond to my greeting. He went to the back where I assume they both waited for me to leave.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

It's hit or miss on the pretzels some times they are extra fresh and amazing like they care about the food other times it's so old stale and nasty to point I go return it, if you go right when they closing the workers may bless you with free food that they are throwing away at the end of the night place is amazing to shop and grab on the way out go get it

Food is burned every-time. The lady here that’s always here had an attitude Every time someone comes to order food . I come to order a pretzel all the time why not keep the correct amount of items ready for customers . I don’t appreciate her attitude and the food not being ready for customers . No one speaks regular English or they act like they can’t understand what we are saying .. you need new people here working and not just anyone . Talk to you people

Girl dumped garlic powder on my pretzel. Way to much!! Got all over my clothes once I opened top of package. Had to get home, so couldn’t go back in. I live 1.5 hours from this location! I go to the aspen dental in town. They don’t answer their phone, goes to a Verizon recording about mailbox number! I paid over $3 for this pretzel! I’m not gonna be a nice person when I go back on my next dental appt. I’ll be stopping by, heads up!

We went to order from here and were treated horribly, my daughter had the straws thrown at her and then they forgot one of the sauces. I went RIGHT back in to get the sauce and the lady acted like I wasn't even there 3 minutes ago and charged me for the sauce as if I hadn't asked for it originally when I ordered. She was plain rude to me, my 6 year old daughter, as well as the other worker that was there that needed help.

if you want hard, cold, old pretzels this is the place to go.

They wrap my pretzel dogs in napkins and I had to peel it off of my dogs and we asked for napkins for a hands they said no.

Horrible customer service. Every time me and my girlfriend stop by this stand, the employees are rude and dismissive. More than one time I've asked them if they had something and they've just said "no" and walked walked away. And don't even think about asking them for something simple like salt added to the only type of pretzel they have left (in the middle of the day mind you).
