Always good
terrible used doordash to order food, driver got there and had to wait 45 minutes why the people there did not do anything to get him my order.
The food quality is a bit of a hit or miss sort of deal. Service and overall supply of food could be better as it seems like they don't prepare goods until they actually run out. It's understandable when its busy but someone else should be prepping food in the process of it all. Maybe it's a bit harsh to set expectations like that, and I know it is to be in food service but it's kind of been an ongoing thing that I haven't seen from other locations.
Been here many times over the years and can't say that I've ever had anything resembling a bad experience. Food is always as good as expected. Service is usually pretty decent. if you bring your kids to the play area in the mall this place is right next door which is an added bonus.
Pretzels were hard
Apparently the manager here only sells large containers of pretzel bites. When I asked for a small was told , I am only selling large ones today. I guess no sale is better for his business.
I just got 3 orders of mini pretzel dogs which were delicious, but there were only 8 in each cup when there were supposed to be 10 in each cup! I've tried calling the listed number several times with no answer. I feel ripped off

Everything was fine with fast and friendly service.
Went to get my son a pretzel dog and all i had was a $100.00 bill, they cashier says "sorry we dont except 100.00 bill! FOR REAL! He said that is what his manger said when i asked for the manager he said he was gone for the day. This makes NO sense! Thanks now you can explain that to my upset 2 year old!
