Generally I really dont like to write negative or even neutral reviews however I think a neutral disappointment is where I'm at. Just my opinions and experience. Bamboo is located just down my road so I figured I'd try it out. Service wasn't the warmest which is fine, and I ordered the seafood soup, shrimp toast and pizza roll. The shrimp toast was great so I had good expectations. Pretty standard for your Chinese takeaway. However my pizza roll which was almost 4$ was small, & fried in a hard wrapper shell so all the gooey pizza insides came out... it just tasted like a microwave pizza roll but hard on your mouth. My seafood soup was just below 10$ and honestly my biggest disappointment. At the price the minimal pieces of chopped crab stick meat is upsetting, and the soup is basically all hard vegetables and mushrooms... it's overpriced in my opinion for what you get and is too similar to a cheaper Chinese takeaway vegetable bean curd soup. When I called they told me the chefs chopped the seafood up very small but I still saw very little shrimp or scallop - I probably saw maybe 5 small shrimp halves which were very chewy, and two halves of a scallop. It makes no sense to chop it up so much that it overcooks to rubber and up charge so high for so little of a keyname ingredient. The woman working was nice to give me a free egg roll for my order over 20$ ... however my egg roll was fried a little too long and was hard at the ends. Sadly I feel like I just wasted 21$ ** Bamboo also does sushi and tempura - neither of which. I have tried and probably will not just from this experience however maybe that's where they shine?

It's Birdie!

I have been going to this restaurant for many years (10+) the food is delicious and reasonably priced. My favorites are the fried chicken wings, curry shrimp, shrimp egg foo young, crab rangoons, basically everything is good, especially the sugar donuts and half and half tea. The young lady taking the orders is always pleasant and accurate. Bamboo is the go to spot.

Always delicious and always fast. It's hard to find Chinese takeout that consistently delivers. We moved away, but still cone here for takeout when we're in the mood.Vegetarian options: My kid doesn't eat meat and there are a ton of options. They also customize.

This place has become our default Chinese-American delivery restaurant. The classics are all great here (rangoon, sesame chicken, steamed dumplings). Portions are solid, prices are good, and delivery is fast. You can order online and the delivery folks are always nice. Two thumbs up!

Everything tasted like it was old and out of a can. Wings were the best thing we ordered. Ribs were really tough to chew, fried dumplings were cold and doughy in the middle, chicken and snow peas and beef and broccoli tasted a week old, Gen Tso chicken and fried rice were ok at best. Will not be going back.

I just ordered the worst chicken fried rice I have ever had. No problem I return to get a refund. The lady was trying to convince me that I was wrong. Tried to blame it on me adding soy sauce. Then says the rice was cooked this morning. I just said ok, I'm sorry, I thought it was terrible. ??‍♂️ Tells me no one has ever complained before. Huh ... !? I was starving, do you think I'm making this up? It was $8.22 and It's my lunch break. Now I have to find somewhere else to eat. Finally get a refund, then I'm called stupid as I'm walking out. Wow, not what I expected from a business. Hope your experiences are better. She was really nice at first ??‍♂️

Called to place an order over the phone and the front desk lady was really rude. She didn’t wanted to take my order and when I informed her that I was picking up she made it seemed like I had no idea I was placing an order at the right Chinese place. They should have better customer service.
