Baskin-Robbins

Asked to try 2 flavors of ice cream. Girl asked me if I wanted 2 single scoops or a double scoop - I answered “the cheapest way to try those 2 flavors”. She handed me two separate cones each with a scoop and charged me nearly $12…please!!

Baskin Robbins near gate B8 in Baltimore airport- “can’t get you ice cream- it be too hard to get scoops”. Nice. After waiting about ten minutes.

Extremely unsanitary. I have not been a stickler about Covid, but these employees all wore their masks on their chin, some weren’t wearing masks. And they did not wear gloves to touch or handle the food. Had to ask employees to wear gloves, and she only put one on. As she was scooping customers’ ice creams, she touched her face and then inside the ice cream bin. Another employee at the same time was eating in the back, touched her face, did not wash her hands, and then filled a customer’s order by touching their donut and coffee cup with the same hand she was wiping her face with. No regard for sanitization.

Good food bad service

They didn't have any ice cream. It's an ice cream store for god's sake!

Horrible customer service. I ordered four simple ice creams and was told next time you should come inside for such a big order. Then when I got home I realized they messed up the order and forgot an ice cream. Will not be going there again.
