Bonefish Grill

Everything was great, except for the temperature of the food. My second serving I sent back . The staff was very nice about it.

Ill start by saying it was Valentines day and it was busy so I understand a little but you had to know it was going to be this way. The food was cold, the service was sub par and they seemed to have a makeshift seating arrangement that confused the waiting staff as we were almost mistakenly given food on a handful of occasions, while waiting for our food of crab cakes and roasted fish for over 40 mins, while others around us got hearty entrées like steak and things of that nature. The fish had a nice flavor but as I stated in the beginning, very cold, and by far, by far the worst crab cake I have ever had (Baltimore born and raised). The service gets sub par simply because they were confused but did the best with what they had to work with, overall if we are going to 5 and 5 is the best, 1.5 maybe.

This was our first time at this location. Although the seating was a little tighter than normal, I suspect it was due to it being Valentines Day. They seated us in the main dining room and it was arm to arm room only. We asked to be moved to a booth and it was much better. Our waitress was the best and the food was delicious. They accommodated us very well!

Antonio was an amazing server

Zuri Mosley was an awesome server. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out right and on time. She was easy to talk to, had great energy, and genuinely made the experience more enjoyable. You can tell she really cares about taking care of her tables. I’d 100% recommend her to any future customers and would be happy to have her as my server again.

I’ve never been to bonefish grill in my life and overall I never saw myself going to a seafood restaurant but my server Zuri made me feel so comfortable and explained to me all the menu options in a very detailed way and gave me some really good recommendations. Overall she made the experience great and now I can’t wait to come back to this same location. Thank you Zuri!

hi I’m David Williams, son of Kim who is currently owning the phone I’m typing on. im 12 years old, and I thought the place was really cool! good service from our waiter Pablo, and good food too. Bonefish doesn’t just have fish, they have steak too (I ordered a 9 oz sirloin with Mac and cheese and Jazmine rice)! would definitely recommend going here. Mom got lobster ravioli and a winter white cosmo and she said it was “DELISH” but I can’t drink alcohol or booze since im too young.

Recommend 10/10. Everything was amazing! From the atmosphere to the amazing staff. My server was zuri was so caring for me and my party, she helped me choose my entree which was really good plus the social hours drink were amazing. The place is very clean and well organized! Will definitely come back !
