Just make sure you “watch the screen” or the teenagers will get nasty with you. Went with a group of 8 kids for their “free” ice cream on halloween. 1 was over 10 so I understood having to pay for hers. My total came to over $10. When I asked why I was told because two of the kids got sprinkles. When I said I didn’t know sprinkles cost extra the teenager nastily said that I should have been watching the screen. I told her that I saw things coming up on the screen and did ask about them and was ignored. Then I said “one ice cream and two sprinkles is $10?” and they applied my $3 birthday reward and said that now the total was correct. I pointed out it only went lower because my reward was applied. A manager came out and I showed her where it seemed I was charged for two and after 10 minutes of discussion with the teenager they still came to the conclusion that I was wrong. So either things are wayyyy over priced or I was double charged. Either way I usually go quite often and now will just go out of my way to the severna park location or not at all.

Good ice cream even though it’s a chain. Fair pricing. I like to walk around the parking lot after getting ice cream.
The ice cream is fairly good.It's among the better in the area. They lines can get long, but if moves through reasonably quick.

Great service, long line moved quickly. Supporting staff jumped in and my order was finished quickly and correct. Great ice cream worth the wait.

Never disappoints. Whenever I have out-of-town guests, their stay often includes a trip to your shop. Sadly the price point for a pint is stretching my budget a bit too much for regular visits, but once in a while I still splurge when I get the notice that one of my favorite rare flavors pops up, like Wedding Cake or Peach or Key Lime Pie.
