I ordered a small, one scoop, and I got less than half the amount of ice cream that my friend got in a small cone. For $4+ I expected a little more than this. Picture taken after talking only two small bites.

This place is absolutely fantastic, there are always multiple incredible flavors and at least 3 vegan options. I come here a lot with the kids and the rewards program is good enough to keep me loyal. The staff are always charming and in good spirits.I would like to see a fence or some large shrubbery so you feel a little more separate from the traffic, but that's my only complaint.Dietary restrictions: They have a very solid vegan/dairy free selection.

I’m new to MD and wanted to treat myself for Valentine’s Day and try Brusters out, and let me tell you I was not disappointed. I waited for about 15-20mins in line to order. Tried a 2 scoops waffle cone with sea salt caramel and Oreo, the sea salt caramel was good but didn’t love the aftertaste, however I enjoyed the Oreo flavor a lot. I gave 4 stars because wait was a little long, normally this wouldn’t bother me that much but boy it was FREEZING outside. I don’t know if it would be possible for the managers to put maybe a heater or something outside so customers don’t freeze their butts off in line. Will definitely come back keeping this inconvenience in mind, maybe when the weather is warmer. The staff is really friendly and was satisfied with my order :)

i went with my cousins and we ordered 2 ice creams in a cup, chocolate shake, and 2 waters. out of everything the waters were the only ones that tasted good. they were bottled. ?. the lady was so nice. she asked us if we wanted 1 or 2 scoops and if u go get 2 bc those were like teaspoon sizes.. the milkshake actually made us puke it was so disgusting and we almost died. the place looks super clean aslong as u don’t look at the waffle makers! my vanilla ice cream litteraly had huge pieces of ice in it. don’t waste ur money and just go to the baskin robins 5 mins away.Kid-friendliness: u get a free ice cream if ur kid is under 40 inches tall (all of it should be free for how disgusting it was)

I am a big white raspberry truffle lover but lately i see that the flavor is not offered much. On calling the store multiple times to check if it's available or not I wad told to check the flavors for the day online. I saw white raspberry truffle online and with excitement drove all the way from Hanover to Glen burnie. On inquiry I was told the flavor is not offered that day and they had issue with online updating. My 45mins drive to and from the store is of vein and was a disappointment. They asked me to check online and on checking and going to the store I was left with disappointment and time waste.

Brusters is a Land Mark near me. Been there for years and years serving great ice cream. If youre out with the kids or be out on a date with nothing to do. You can pull up and jump in the line at Brusters for a cold creamy treat. They have an ever changing menu with new and seasonal flavors all of the time. I get custom made ice cream there sometimes. Like create your flavor givem them a couple of days and go pick up a half gallon of one off ive cream. Always friendly staff, and plenty of nice folks around out doing the same.

The butterscotch Ripple was very good, but very soft ?! Service was good. Maybe that flavor doesn't get hard!?!?Parking: Easy to get in and out of the parking lot.Kid-friendliness: They have many special things for kids ❤️

I had a incident that happened but after speaking with the owner (Hillary) who took the time to reach out and call a customer speaks volume! This is the the kind of leadership that establishments need. Bruster’s was always a great place but Hillary and Gary put the topping on the cake! Thank you for listening to me, I felt like a valued customer and you will always have me and my family as customers. Congratulations for making Bruster’s an extra beautiful place!

We typically go to the location in Glen Burnie but this location is much closer, but we will see if we continue going to this location. The ice cream scoops are tiny, vs the Glen Burnie location. At the Glen Burnie location a small waffle cone with two scoops is more then enough it's like you get 3x the amount of ice cream then the Odenton location. We will give the Odenton location one more try but we felt ripped off with the portions.
