Do not get in the drive through line. They have always been very slow but I just went through and got trapped for over 20 minutes!! They have double cement barriers so you can’t even abandon the line. No apparent reason for the delay. Only 3 cars were ahead of me and no one eating inside!

Do not have an order #, was not given a receipt . First my order was rang up for a completely wrong sandwich. I asked for no mayonnaise, mayonnaise was on my sandwich, had to throw it away. Asked for onion rings, got fries. Whole lunch and $14 wasted!

Have no clue what the food taste likes because they ignored me the whole time just waiting. I get you have to place other orders but at least tell me thats whats going on dont just look at me with the idk face. They are obviously understaffed and untrained. Never again!

This place has awful customer service in the drive through window. Some women yelling from the back about all of the things they dont have being rude and disrespectful. I can't help your store is out of stock of everything

30 min in the drive through with 1 car in front of my this was one of the most pathetic drive through experience I've ever had. When I got to the speaker they said "1 Second please"
5 min later I hear "1 second please" finally 5 min later I gave them my name..
My order was done 20min ago..

Under staffing is the problem with this location. It's otherwise decent, just long waits.

This place use to be my go to for a quick meal. Sadly not anymore. Ever since they changed staff this place sucks. Hope they go out of business soon.
Wendy's is my go to now. At least they get my order right and fast.
?update: I don't understand how this place hasn't shut down. Still crappy people, crappy service. Figure I'd give it a shot once again, well long story short ordered thru kiosk with customized burgers... 30 minutes later they lost my order and then they proceeded to fill order, but it was all wrong. So PEOPLE, STAY away from this BK.

It is always a problem at this burger King waited in drive thru for 20 minutes only 3 cars ahead of me just to be told that the car before me was the last breakfast order. Then had to wait another 7 minutes to get out of line. The customer service here has steadily declined

I have been constantly happy with the customer service I have received at this location. I accidentally sent my online order here instead of a different location, so when I came the ladies offered me fresh fries and to heat up my burger.
