I went through the drive thru on my lunch break today and ordered a number 7. The sandwich I was given was incorrect, had some red grease or condiment pouring off of it. I immediately went inside to get a new sandwich, inside I watched the manager Anna do the work of 3 people while getting harassed by a woman who was upset over not getting her fries without salt in a timely manner. I watched the 3 employees on duty stand around with blank faces while this one manager single handedly ran drive thru and front line. She is one of the most hardworking people I have encountered in a long time and whatever they are paying her is not enough! She corrected my order, apologized, and her customer service was astounding even in the midst of the chaos around her. I doubt I will be dining in that establishment again, but I did want to commend the manager on her efforts to run an entire restaurant with no assistance.

If youve been here before, you know exactly why i gave this rating. The food is always messed up. While it is burger king, and their slogan is to have it your way, if you in anyway deviate from the menu screen (no tomatos? No mayo? Add anything?) They wont get it right or by the time they do the food is cold. We were the second car in the drive thru, and we waited behind that car for about 30 min? They either didnt know anyone was in line, or they were just ignoring the guy in front of us. Im not entirely sure, but I do know that guy wasnt actively ordering or speaking to anyone through the speaker that whole time. And by the time we got to the speaker, no one helped us for 10 or so minutes. By the time we got around to leave, we had been in the drive thru for 45-50 minutes. Its absurd. Every couple months we go back and regret it every time. This place never seems to change. Maybe one day theyll get a better management team. Seems burger king has let this location completely ride off the rails, and let it go. Dont recommend this location. If you really want burger king go to pasadena.

Some employees are very friendly and do what they can to help, but management needs to change. Went through drive through in rain and had 3 mobile orders. Manager made us come inside for all 3...in the rain and with no other cars behind us or in front of us in the drive through. Could hear manager yelling at employees over drive through speaker... She will not keep good employees by screaming at them.

I'm the cook and I make everything the way the customer wants and I get the same wen I don't eat there. My name is Christopher Rogers and if u want a quality sandwich come to the BURGAR King on 103 mountain Rd and make it a date bc if it's between the hour of 8am-8pm Monday thru Sunday.
Food was bland and dry. The Driv-Thru attendant asked me “Is this your order?” which made me Lol as I ate so they get 2 stars for making me laugh.

Absolutely wonderful service! My boyfriend and I had traveled to the Baltimore area for the weekend and we were grabbing a bite to eat here before hitting the road back to PA.. it was Sunday afternoon around 3:30.. the workers were so just so friendly and generous! The restaurant was clean and the food was fresh and came out quickly.. we just loved this Burger King!
