Burger was cold, while fries were hot. Drive through speaker didn't work so you had to pull up to second window and place your order then wait. Fix the speaker and you'll get better reviews.

Very friendly workers who always treat me like a King—they’ve even put the crown on my head a few times. Robin, especially, is always smiling, welcoming, and makes the experience feel genuinely personal. Service like that is rare these days. Keep it up.

Man this place has some of the best down to earth people that work. Been coming to this place for years I live closer to the one on Crain highway but I always come here because the staff are super cool. The food everytime is made correct and I always get my whopper special made

This burger king at 14 mountain rd. Is the worst...after today I will no longer come to this one..they never have what I order..and don't order online because you won't know if they have it until you get there. It's a big hassle to get a refund for online orders.if you don’t believe me, you will see when you get here. I type this the entire time i was waiting at the window for my food.smh ....still waiting.

Doordashed a cheeseburger meal with a frozen Coke and a chicken nugget kids meal for my daughter. The frozen Coke was half full and there was no chicken nuggets in the kids meal, just fries and cookie which I didn’t even order a cookie… terrible location with employees who can’t even pack a simple order right

My visit to this Burger King was unfortunately a letdown, with several issues stacking up during my 1 p.m. Sunday lunch. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and it was clear they were struggling to keep up with the rush.

The dining area was in poor shape, most of the tables were dirty and hadn't been cleaned from previous customers. Ordering was also a hassle, instead of a person to person interaction, I was forced to use a large, frustrating self service kiosk that required me to press the screen hard and required multiple attempts to register my selections.

To top it all off, a trip to the restroom revealed a serious hygiene issue. I could hear the drive thru orders being called out from within the bathroom, which was odd in itself. More concerning, however, was witnessing an employee leave without washing their hands before heading back to work.

Overall, the visit was a disappointment. The combination of a chaotic dining room, malfunctioning technology, and poor hygiene standards made for a very poor experience.

Very bad team, not nice, ignore from me, their order machin was not work so they asked from me to clean the machine for them to make it work. When I asked to order from the computer because im on a rush the team ignored from me a laugh.

The WORST Burger King that I have ever been to!!! My orders are wrong 100% of the time, and missing items 90% of the time! I love Burger King, but I suggest that everyone stays away from this one!

Dude got my order wrong 3 times then the manager screamed at his employee for fixing his mistake, then when I got my food from the employee he made me another one after I said I had it, manager thinks he’s the king of the jungle but messes up more then anyone there
