Omg what an amazing experience! The menu is extensive but the food was even better! I had the chicken Caesar lettuce wraps my boyfriend had the crispy chicken waffle sandwich and let me tell you, it was amazing! We finished off with the fried cheesecake, which was absolutely fabulous! ?? the owner Ms Rita made our food from scratch and was the sweetest little woman. We felt right at home here. We will be returning many many times. Thank you Champs for such a wonderful experience!!

The first time eating here the food and service was great, when my husband and I were there for dinner the next visit the owner was also there working hard. A sweet little lady cleaning and organizing. We are now customers for life ? thanks

Just tried calling to place an order. There was a lady that spoke little English and we tried to place our order and was going to pay over the phone. We gave the card number multiple times for her to say that we aren't giving her the correct number and to "go outside and stand in the light" and "it's not the right card". I told her we gave her the correct # multiple times and she proceeded to say that they have too many orders and she is too busy to take our order. I then hung up the phone. We have been ordering from Champs for years and we will order elsewhere from here on out. There is plenty of other pizza and sub shops that won't make you deal with poor customer service and that isn't "too busy" for you.

We ordered delivery, and we didn't get the right sub, and we were missing our cheese fries. We believe the delivery driver took them, because we chose a cash tip, and when we were handed the food, the delivery driver said with an aggressive tone "nice tip." took the receipt off the bag. And turned around and left while my husband was turned getting the cash tip out of the jar that we have next to the front door. When he turned back around the driver was gone. It wast until we looked in the bag that we realized we were missing the fries. We double checked out order and it was on the order paid for.

This place tries not to pay their workers that are already being paid under the table less than minimum wage and work them from opening till about 2am. Food sucks, boss sucks. Don’t eat here unless you wanna get sick or ran over
if i can do ZERO i would. completely unprofessional, after an hour of nothing our delivery was delivered to the wrong house and they are trying to blame us for it being put in wrong when i told them 3 times it wasn’t. been hanged up on 3 times, twice after been told to hold.

BEWARE—our pre-scheduled delivery for a team dinner was an hour late. We ordered $400+ for a team meal and many parents/players left without any food.
Champs owner “Rita” was unapologetic and refused to even refund our prepaid tip. She had no interest in coming to a resolution. She said “cheese is expensive, and I’m not taking a loss” and reminded me that she had plenty of other business and mine was not important. Ouch. Think twice before using them for large orders.

Today they went above and beyond. We ended up getting a little more food then expected. But the food was hot and great! The driver was awesome! I ordered on grubhub. Somewhere else and they cancelled. So we said ok Champs it is! Especially since it was my bday! Thanks guys! It was great all around!
