First time there today and my last time I got a turkey sandwich and fries the turkey tasted bad and the fries were cold threw it right in the trash wasted 17.00 and I won’t be going back I’ll stick to Beefalo Bobs
ordered today through door dash, my order wasn't even close to right. we ordered 3 sandwiches, fries and a drink. we got 1 sandwich that wasn't prepared right and looked dry. the fries tasted like they were frozen n microwaved for 5 seconds. not a good experience. when I called, they said oh we can put your order together now and you come get it. I said that defeats the point of door dash.
Honestly the worst most incompetent staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of being around. We are local and try to support local businesses as much as possible. EVERYTIME we go there something goes wrong. They are better off hiring sacks of rocks to run this location. The OG Baltimore location is amazing and it’s a shame that they are related to each other.

The entrees were good but I couldn't eat the green beans because it had way too many stems and strings in it and the stewed tomatoes were just nasty.

Got a pulled pork sandwich, it was almost black. Wish I had took a picture before throwing it in the garbage!!! Looked like it had been reheated for 39 days, I was so disappointed!! Disgusting, the fries were gross and the cole slaw tasted sour 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Ordered a pit beef sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, a plain cheeseburger, 2 drinks, and fries with gravy. The cheeseburger was 2 burnt hockey pucks on soggy bread, and the drinks were flat. I went in for a refund on those before I even opened my pit beef sandwich. Opened my pit beef and the only edible thing on the sandwich was the meat. Rotten tomatoes, brown lettuce, and soggy bread. The fries were mid, obviously refried to all hell, and the gravy was cold. If you’re looking for pit beef, you’d be better off finding a pit beef stand on the side of the road instead of coming to this “famous” place.

Uber eats order. No onions or sauces. No salt or ketchup for fries. App is not setup by store properly to allow these things.

The roll was not fresh and crumbled while eating. Pit beef was good as always. Fries was warm but not hot. Usually a lot better than this

My fiancé and I were excited to try this place out. While we had realistic expectations, this place underperformed.
We ordered two sandwiches, two small drinks and a shared large fry. The total was around $40.
Okay, okay, but this place is supposed to be worth it so no arguments there! (Lettuce and tomato being a $1.35 up charge is sad though.)
We sit in store and wait just past 15 minutes (not great, not terrible since we had time) and dig in.
The fries were cold. Not warm, not greasy—just dry and cold. Also COMPLETELY unseasoned, but I don’t know if that’s a feature or not to allow customers to doll up their own fries. So I won’t knock them for the lack of seasoning.
Our sandwiches? Also cold. How? Why?? We’re dining in store, so we really expected nice hot sandwiches. I had a standard Ruben and in the picture, you can see the cheese was completely solid and wasn’t even slightly melted. The bread was soggy like it wasn’t toasted at all.
A fresh sandwich should not be soggy.
My fiancé’s sandwich was just as cold as mine, with solid unmelted cheese.
The meat in my Rueben was the only reason I ate half. It’s some quality stuff but it wasn’t enough to save the whole thing.
Service was okay. The woman who took our order was nice. The place was clean and stocked.
Maybe we’ll try the original location in the future but we won’t be back here.

Ordered a pit beef from here and it was the worst sandwich I have ever had. Nothing like the chaps in Baltimore. They give you little meat and the fries are not like the ones in Baltimore. Should have just kept the Baltimore location this location is going to ruin your reputation. Food sucked never order from here!!!!!!!
