The counter was sticky.
Good amount of meaton my pit ham sandwich. , but there was an aftertaste of liquid smoke. Fries were very dark and limp.

They put half the meat on the raven sandwiches since last month.
$10 for a sandwich that’s no bigger than a hot dog is crazy. The beef was good but the amount you get does not match the price.

Good food. A little pricey. Quality lives up to the hype, though. Glad I tried it.

This was my first time trying Chaps. I cannot recommend it at all. Maybe it was this particular location I'm not sure. I ordered the beef and sausage sandwich and a cheeseburger and Chili fries. The cheese burger was the best item. The fries lacked flavor as well as the chili. Yeet the worst was the beef and sausage sandwich. No flavor at all on the beef. If I hadn't ordered a side of barbecue sauce this sandwich wouldn't been tossed.

Worst restaurant in the Glen Burnie area!
Don’t come here, don’t door dash, stay away!
25 min wait in person for overcooked pit beef on cheap hamburger bun, cold fries, and a $4.30 soda! This place sucks!

Nothing like the Baltimore location, praying my husband and I do not get sick. Potato salad was old and mayo sour, onions on sandwiches were also old- that smell scared us from eating meat. Smell was off and chicken tenders seemed like they were old and not fried fresh. I’ve loved Chaps since I was a teenager- this is literally sad. Please be careful of this location. Staff was also a bit off- hard to describe but very slow service and there was a literal child working in the back. Just a truly sad experience.

This location is rough to say the least. It appears whomever owns the business gave up on it long ago. Extremely run down inside and gross to say the least. The kitchen seems pretty clean and the workers are kind. The sandwiches are some of the smallest I’ve gotten anywhere. I think Arby’s gives larger portions for 1/3 of the price. The bathroom lights don’t work but don’t worry! There’s a lamp in the corner. And I hope you don’t need more than 4 squares of toilet paper because the roll holder is broken, along with the soap dispensers (there are somewhat working ones stuck next to the broken ones on the wall). The floor is soaking wet with an open drain in it and a large fan blowing on it. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t closed this business. It seems like the owner will run it until the state shuts it down and then count their losses. I was very disappointed in this location after being to such nice locations in the past. I won’t return which is sad because the workers were nice and helped with everything we needed.

The restaurant itself is rather dirty. We stopped here after realizing it was a half step closer than Mission BBQ. Big mistake! The staff moves at an almost unbelievable slow pace. We ordered a pit beef sandwich and a pit beef platter. I asked the woman at the counter what the “chocolate delight” dessert is and she said “Oh it’s just a chocolate dessert.” I asked her what kind and “does it have mousse or pudding in it?” Her: “I has pudding in it and some other stuff. Do you want it?” I declined because I still had no idea what it was. Our order took 22 mins. The sandwich was small enough to fit in one hand (I’m a petite woman). The platter was completely filled with gravy! The description says “gravy all over”, which would suggest that there’s gravy drizzled on top. That is NOT the case!! When I opened the takeout container I discovered fries and a pit beef sandwich IN a container literally half filled with gravy. Gravy soup! Absolutely inedible and disgusting. When I approached the counter for a refund the clerk (no longer the catatonic woman) immediately said “Too soggy?” and offered a refund. This place is gross! Do not waste your time

It was sooo bad! The price was high for cheap, smooshed supermarket hamburger bun with tough room temperature flavorless meat within. Avoid!

My chicken came tasting like spoiled milk! 🤢How do yall even do this??? The oil left my fingers stinking. Wings went straight in the trash with those mushy fries. I really wanted lunch today but this is not it.

I always receive a great sandwich at the Glen Bernie location. The atmosphere and service are what they are. I ordered in advance for pick up and the food was ready when I requested. Go get a sandwich and enjoy. I always get the Triple D and my husband likes the Big John. I wil have food for at least 3 meals!
