Took about 20 minutes just to get my order taken when the window finally opened it smelt like they were smoking weed inside the building dont care if they were actually but just keep it away from my food <- from 2 years ago
Tried them one more time after 2 years of not going there and the service still isn't any better not only did I have to wait for almost 30 minutes (I ordered 2 chili dogs and a fry) but i was given the wrong order and had to wait another 15 minutes the location seems run down forgotten and disgusting and honestly would be better off just being torn down at this point based on the appearance of the outside of the location I'm scared to see what the inside look like probably infested with mice and roaches

Employees don't dk their job. I have been standing at the windows for 15 mins and get no service. No one in drive thru or parked. Checkers has really fell off over time. I won't return anymore.

I WILL never go to this restaurant again. I ordered my food at the drive thru and was told they would bring my food out to me at 6:30 pm. I had waited 30 minutes and drove back through the line. The manager asked me for my receipt which I NEVER received and then started yelling at me. I asked for a refund and she told me that my food would be up in 5 minutes and then I had to pull back into a parking spot. I did not receive my food until 8 pm. I did not even get one of my burgers but by this time I was too upset to eat. The manager did not even give me a refund or apologize for anything. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!

I had food at this location before and no issues, but for whatever reason this past Saturday we ended up with food poisoning. Me and my wife ended up not able to do much that following day...well with one exception when dealing with food issues.
I'm hoping that it was a one time thing, but sadly I don't think I'd be brave enough to give it another try.
