They've always provided me with good service, but this is the second time I've gone through the drive-thru and a girl there has been impatient and rude, giving me dirty looks. If she doesn't want to work, she shouldn't go, but she shouldn't treat customers badly.

We like to order Chic-fil-A delivery. The problem is that there is no way on the menu to order pickles on the side. I've tried adding a note to the driver and adding a note for the restaurant and didn't get them either way. I called the restaurant once, immediately after placing my order asking them to add a side of pickles. They said they couldnt. I had to ask the driver. So I reached out to the driver. She told me that the Chic-fil-A associate she spoke to said I would have had to call them to request the pickles. It may sound silly to some. But the only things I eat from Chic-fil-A are the chicken minis and their nuggets and i have to have a pickle for each one or its just not as good. My daughter is the same way. I don't understand why there isn't a spot to order pickles in the same place you order condiments and utensils. I wouldn't even mind paying for them! The pickle frustration is real. I can't order delivery from there anymore because of it.
These places are always great! Haven't been to a bad one yet.

My order has been wrong every other time I’ve been there. I’m not sure if they aren’t reading what’s on the receipt but it’s so fustrating. There’s 6 people outside, two check points and an army inside and it’s still wrong. So disappointing.

I told the very dumb worker that I wanted a diet Dr Pepper and she put a regular Dr Pepper, I have diabetes so if I would have dranken the regular it would have been bad . Chcikfila DO BETTER ON TRAINGING YOUR WORKERS
