Chipotle Mexican Grill

The person preparing the food was a bit agitated. It was like he didn't want to be there, and it showed. I guess I wasn't expecting that. It made the entire transaction off-putting. I love Chipotle, so I go there at least once a month. This was my first time at this location and will definitely be my last.

There were two people there, and the angry one started the order. The second one was heating the queso, and it was about an hour before closing. He was like yelling to him no more!

I know we all have bad days, but I didn't feel it. The food was warm instead of hot. The chips were in the back, so the young lady from the cashier had to walk to the back to get them.

They charged me for 2 servings of queso when the first one wasn't a whole serving. I paid and didn't complain, but that messed up my monthly visit to Chipotle.

They open at 10:45 every morning but never have fajitas in the morning!! Staff always have an attitude when you come through the door. The doors are NEVER opened on time it could be 11 am and they open at 10:45 but doors are never open extremely unprofessional and all of these occurances have happened multiple times on plenty of different days just sad I don’t recommend this chipotle to ANYBODY nothing fast about the service and the food is not the best I try to go this one because it’s close to where I work but they are terrible the whole staff included management.

This chipotle is absolutely horrible. Cannot get orders right and food is consistently cold, under seasoned (no salt), and undercooked (hard rice). The staff at the store are rude and annoyed by customers presence. Waste of money will not eat here again after three tries.

Went in and an older short gentlemen passed me off to a younger guy just so he could flirt and play around with the cashier and the women doing online orders. There were grabbing and touching on each other while I was waiting to pay and no one greeted me properly or asked for any add ons. In addition to that they had no salad dressings!

They always mess up your orders all the time!!! Food is extremely salty

This is the best location in the Baltimore area. The food is hot, portions are great, and food is seasoned properly. Take notes other locations!!!

Ordered large to-go/pick up of 12+ meals over $200 for the company staff.
However, this location does not provide complementary (8) salad dressings with the order of multiple meals and charged $1.70 for 8 salad dressings.(cost is irrelevant to this review)
When I visit chipotle with a friend or solo, I never had trouble receiving salad dressing with my meal. But this location would rather charge $1.70 on a $200+ order, than maintaining good relationship with surrounding companies for future business/orders. What a shame.
Staff seemed miserable doing their job which was evident with the poor customer service "don't care" attitude.
