Chipotle Mexican Grill

It's Chipotle! It can get busy but workers are quick, dining area is small but most get & go, food is great.

Went in for the BOGO Flash Tattoo deal and everyone was so great. We are so happy how accommodating and helpful everyone was. Luz, our cashier, was so sweet and helpful even with the long line. The manager on duty answered all of our questions and made sure we had a good experience. Thank you so much! We will be back (on a less crazy day)

visited this Chipotle around 9:30 PM, well before their 11:00 PM closing time. I was the only customer in line, with just four other people dining in. Despite multiple staff members being present, including three young ladies working on what looked like DoorDash orders and another breaking down the cold station, not a single person acknowledged me for several minutes.

After standing there with no greeting, no eye contact, and no sense of urgency, I became so frustrated I initially walked out. I turned back around to ask who the manager was, and the team silently pointed to a young man who had his head down, glued to his phone.

When I asked him if he was the manager and for his name, he told me he was indeed the manager but refused to give me his name. When I asked again, he stated he’d give me another manager’s name—but then simply walked away without saying anything more.

To make matters worse, the restaurant was visibly dirty. The drink station was a mess, utensils were scattered, and the dining area had food scraps on the floor and uncleaned tables, as shown in my photos.

Honestly, if I were a health inspector or a mystery shopper, this location would be in serious trouble. The experience was disappointing on every level — poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and unacceptable cleanliness.

I left without ordering and will not be returning. Management at this location clearly needs training, oversight, and accountability.

All o wanted was to talk to the store directly to ask them to fix my order I picked up and it’s all AI and you have to jump through hoops to talk to anyone to get it corrected which isn’t okay. And when you finally get someone you’re beyond frustrated at that point…and either your breaks over or you don’t have time for the remake now.and you’re out 30 bucks

There is literally no way to contact them if there’s something wrong with your order. You can call them, but you’re going to get a robot that can do nothing- I’m so mad right now. I will never eat chipotle again.

The person preparing the food was a bit agitated. It was like he didn't want to be there, and it showed. I guess I wasn't expecting that. It made the entire transaction off-putting. I love Chipotle, so I go there at least once a month. This was my first time at this location and will definitely be my last.

There were two people there, and the angry one started the order. The second one was heating the queso, and it was about an hour before closing. He was like yelling to him no more!

I know we all have bad days, but I didn't feel it. The food was warm instead of hot. The chips were in the back, so the young lady from the cashier had to walk to the back to get them.

They charged me for 2 servings of queso when the first one wasn't a whole serving. I paid and didn't complain, but that messed up my monthly visit to Chipotle.

They open at 10:45 every morning but never have fajitas in the morning!! Staff always have an attitude when you come through the door. The doors are NEVER opened on time it could be 11 am and they open at 10:45 but doors are never open extremely unprofessional and all of these occurances have happened multiple times on plenty of different days just sad I don’t recommend this chipotle to ANYBODY nothing fast about the service and the food is not the best I try to go this one because it’s close to where I work but they are terrible the whole staff included management.

This chipotle is absolutely horrible. Cannot get orders right and food is consistently cold, under seasoned (no salt), and undercooked (hard rice). The staff at the store are rude and annoyed by customers presence. Waste of money will not eat here again after three tries.

Went in and an older short gentlemen passed me off to a younger guy just so he could flirt and play around with the cashier and the women doing online orders. There were grabbing and touching on each other while I was waiting to pay and no one greeted me properly or asked for any add ons. In addition to that they had no salad dressings!
