I was being waited on by a young lady the machine for burritos was down the young lady was literally trying to go above and beyond to assist me manager Elizebeth chimed in to correct the young lady but in a manner that should have been addressed after customers were no longer in the store maybe at closing time it was very unprofessional if it wasn’t for the young lady going above and beyond I would have asked for my money back and never returned it is not what u say it is when and how you say things other than that services was great but ELIZEBETH TISK TISK TISK

I got to the line and the guy with glasses was taking his time like if he didn’t care I was there waiting then he proceeded to start giving me my food so little food by the way the he proceeded to take my cousin order which he gave him less food than me then he placed our order where other toppings are and he started taking another family order and left us there waiting and there was this other lady at the register which she was putting lipstick on while looking at us then she started dancing still just watching us waiting for someone to ask us what other toppings we wanted we literally was there standing just looking at our food through the glass we got tired of waiting for someone so we just left the branch and left the food there, this has been the worst experience I ever had at chipotle never again eating or coming to this location again.

Went in the order my food 3HRS Before they closed and they were pretty much out of EVERYTHING! NO CHIPS NO ONIONS/ PEPPER MIX, NO GUACAMOLE, NO MANNERS!!!!THEY BLACK YOUNG LADY WITH GLASSES WORKING THE REGISTER. WAS BEYOND RUDE. SHE THREW THE XTRA SAUCE I ASKED FOR.I WAS ASKING QUESTIONS AND SHE WAS VERY VERY COMBATIVE WITH ME. I think they need to be retrained in customer service, stop letting CHILDERN RUN ESATABLISHMENTS w/o better supervisor or proper training!Not be lazy and make the items that they are out. There was more than enough time before closing to make those items.Very very disappointing because in the area NOTHING IS open after 9pm.Gotta do better.Smh

Never place a mobile order here. The staff withholds about 50% of the ingredients and charges you full price. They handle trash bins and go directly to handling food. 0/10, this is an absolute scam of a location.

Stopped by with entire family at around 8pm, no cilantro, no napkins in dispensers, resturant floor was nasty, no chips and 8 employees shoulder to shoulder with no answers except poor planning for being so busy...completly unexceptable!!

Let anyone but the lady with blonde curly hair make your bowl. I literally paid for DOUBLE MEAT and she gives me a half scoop of chicken then all this beef. I said ma’am maybe less beef and more chicken. She acts like she doesn’t know English then the other lady tells me I must pay for tripple meat. So I said okay and demanded she actually do a full scoop. Either greedy at this location or just down right running bad business. Seems like zero management in here. Will contact HR for help I didn’t wanna bother the manager. Either hire people that understand the job or do the job correctly bevsuse I speak Spanish and am Latin I think she just tried to pull the foreigner confused card on me honestly.
I was charged for extra meat for two burritos bowls and the cashier paused looked at me and than marked both extra meat. If it was extra why pause and profile. I said two burritos bowls one steak one chicken. Make sure you state regaluar
