how do you close at 11pm, but not have rice at 9:50pm? I understand you want to clean and head out but to have closing hours set at 11 and not able to serve cause you don't want to make anymore or do the work is ridiculous.

This is my local chipotle that I order from all the time. But this was the last straw in 2024 I got sick 3 times. And on Saturday I did a DoorDash order and let me say I’m trying to recover from food poisoning.

would give 0 stars if i could. sorry for the blurry photos, it was late when i got home and was able to eat what id been craving for weeks. no chicken, i don’t eat red meat and i didn’t ask for black beans, lettuce or guacamole. tried to call because i didn’t want to go all the way. back out after a long day, i couldn’t talk to an actual person, only a recording that prompted me to an AI chat which had no resolve. i saved the burrito and will be attempting to get me refund because $24 is too much in this economy for a burrito that wasn’t even made correctly

I was really disappointed with my experience at this Chipotle. First off, they don’t support military or law enforcement, which is surprising considering many other locations do. The employees were inattentive and seemed more interested in chatting with each other than actually helping customers. To top it off, the place was not clean. I expected much better from Chipotle. I won’t be coming back to this location.
