Longtime customer of Chipotle. Food is consistently good. Chicken burrito is my go to. Service is usually good but can be off at times. Biggest complaint would be cleanliness of the place. Definitely recommend.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Everytime we order here, my VEGGIE bowl ALWAYS has a couple CHUNKS of meat in it. How hard is it to keep meat out of a VEGGIE bowl?? I've complained numerous times through the app, yet go several months later, and am reminded why I hate this location. Close down.

This Chipotle location needs serious attention. The staff had bad attitudes and clearly didn’t want to be there no effort to greet customers or provide decent service. On top of that, the place was dirty and the overall atmosphere was just off. It felt unprofessional and uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. Management really needs to step in and clean this place up literally and figuratively.

Front line girl was not friendly; attitude. Second visit, same attitude. Big spoon was dropped where the meat was cooked and they USED IT! We left abruptly. Health department needs to visit.

You guys seriously need to step it up at this location. Managers, area coaches. I have worked in Severna Park before & Miguel runs a tight ship. He never would never allow this to happen. I always have good experiences in Severna park and bad ones in glen burnie. One day I came here and there was a FINGERNAIL in my food in the medium salsa. I took it back and they gave me another bowl. That’s it. Why I still eat here, I’m not sure…? the staff acts like they are so swamped when it’s a light line. Sure maybe they just got hit with dinner rush. (I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt) Either way. Line moves slow, workers don’t cooperate well. The lobby is TRASHED. As usual. Get a grip.
