The food was not really the freshest. Yes we ate at 4pm, but still. The veggies and salad looked days old.

The flavor overall was okay of my chicken burrito and my wife’s steak bowl.

Chips and salsa were really under-salted and bland.

Disappointed in this location. Love chipotle overall… just won’t come back to this location.

Was very disappointed. brought a co-worker in with me thinking this is a new location that it would be great. Sadly disappointed. Came in around 2:30. Everyone ignored me. Got to the line, no workers at the line, and they ran from the counter. Everyone one made eye contact with me but hurried up and acted like they were too busy to serve a guest. Waited for some time for someone to wait on me when i finally got service asked for the meat they were completely out of everything but was ready to serve me no meat at full price. Also manager was to worried about a tablet then there guest. I will not be stopping at this location anymore because this is not the first time I've had an encounter at this store. It just blows my mind all the workers they had there and nobody wanted to wait on me. Nobody was doing anything at 2:30 in the afternoon and they all ran when I came to the counter.

When I order a burrito bowl can you PLEASE actually add some meat. One bowl and one burrito for 30 dollars consisting of a ton of rice n no chicken. I won’t be back to any chipotle after this last experience. Only reason I gave two starts was because it was very clean inside

Walked in at 3:00 in the afternoon. They only had one young lady making orders and running the cashier. So it was a little bit of a wait.There is no cell service in their so I had to step outside to open my app to get my points. The place was pretty empty. The food looked old so I made sure to ask for fresh ingredients. The employee was nice and made sure to give me fresh food from the back.

They were great when they first opened but they’re already acting like every other chipotle and skimping on portion sizes. You ask for double meat and they barely give you a single spoons worth and then argue with you as if they didn’t just give you the same amount as someone before you who didn’t get double meat. Do not waste your time. It's honestly baffling how fast this place went from a breath of fresh air to the same style of garbage as other locations.

Oh, and if you use their Chipotlane drive through to pick up your mobile order, be very sure to check your order on the spot because they will almost always mess up your order or forget something.

Bad experience... people working will not even listen what you want .... they just put things on their own
