i came here with my child there was these grown kids im the tranpoline pushing my kid my 5 year old kid getting pushed by a grown kid then the mother had the courage to influence then stating good job grown kids hurting little kids they need to not let grown kids into the trapoline area very bad experience

I had a birthday party Saturday 8/16 at 3 and I just want to thank yall for ruining my son’s birthday! 4 parents walked out after about 10 minutes, why because our toddlers were being pushed down by the bigger kids who parents sat there and watched. This was a planned event that the employees treated like just anybody. My table received no pitcher of juice for the kids, my food order wasn’t placed even though it was paid for. I will never go back nor would I take my kids there on a regular day to play. If you have smaller children this is not the place for them to be. I paid for 10 kids and left with 6 bracelets unused because parents left. I want my damn money back honestly. The way they nickel and dimed for everything is beyond ridiculous. Do better!

Clean place, well maintained machines, all employees are nice and accommodating. Not very busy on Monday noon but was perfect - didn't have to wait for the games. Even Chuck still came out to greet us. Kids were extatic.

Maybe it's me but I feel like I've been to bigger chuck-e-cheeses. I feel like this location is really compact and small and I don't feel like there was a lot of game options like they used to have. But maybe that's me and times have changed.
The portion sizes of food I feel are so small for what the amount you're paying.
They need to put the food in smaller baskets to make the food look like at least it's more instead of putting it on giant platter plates because it makes the amount that you're getting look really puny and not worth your money.
Everything tasted pretty good compared to what I remember it being a long time ago. Glad I got the salad bar because I felt like I filled up more on that for $11.99 for all you can eat.
They seemed a little short-staffed today and the two girls that were working the three birthday parties that were there didn't seem overly enthusiastic lol
Might give this place a try again another time but right now it's not the best experience I've ever had at a Chuck-E-Cheese let alone a arcade like place like Dave and Buster's .

Fairly standard chuck e cheese experience. A few broken machines, a few employees playing on their phone with their belongings all over the table by the door, but nothing is so out of order you're better off not going.

Great (Tuesday) Birthday party experience! Basically had the whole place to ourselves. Good (bigger) prize options for Birthday kid bcuz of how many tix they end up with.
DISLIKE That you have to pay extra for the trampoline area... BUT.... We weren't at Chuck-E-Cheese to jump. We were there to play games and win prizes!!

The worst place to bring your kids and family ! A fight was going on for over 30 minutes which eventually led to having to hide under tables for safety issues , guns , and throwing stuff . It was a nightmare ! Do not bring your kids here /this location! Management did absolutely nothing ! We were literally running out of the place for safety and to save our lives .

To be honest they seemed a little understaffed but the employees working did a great job keeping a smile on their faces and trying to stay on top of everything. My kids had a great time. There were a few machines that were not working but overall a great experience. I do wish we didn’t have to pay extra for the trampoline section.

Absolutely not this place is horrible. Peter is horrible. is horrible and is bad for children I was just here and some baby was throwing food all on the ground even at me when I walked past and the games are absolutely so nasty. They have germs all over them and when me and my kid went to the bathroom, the bathroom had poop all over the toilet seat, so that’s my review bye Chuck E. Cheese.
