I gave 3 stars because of bad customer and poor housekeeping .Chuck E made my son day from high 5 to picture even walked around with him he did a excellent job entertaining the kids. The party package price was very affordable, food prices high they charge 6 to 9 extra dollars for bone in chicken which is outrageous due to the cost of food which took forever to get 45 minutes, and the slices of pizza was so small. The trampoline area keeps the kids busy really enjoyed that
Excellent place for kids
Very fun, very clean, great employees, and newer games!!
They have passes now that you can buy where you can get up to 250 points for games and rides every time you go. Great value for the money. Plus you get coupons loaded to your phone through the app. I highly recommend it.
Grandkids and kids had a great time. They have the absolutely best pizza in town.
I have not been to Chuck E Cheese since I was 10 or 11..over 20 years ago. I grew up in a different state so Id never been inside this location. My 5 year old decided he wanted his birthday here and I realized that it would be almost the same price, if not cheaper as hosting at the neighborhood community center, but also more fun for the kids, and less preparation for me.
I was nervous, booking the party seemed too easy, but they called me the day before to confirm all the details, and it all seemed good to go!
We arrived today for our party and the table was set and ready to go. Our attendant checked in with me to go over the flow of the birthday time and checked in several times throughout the afternoon. The food was hot and fresh, the kids had fun-the 2 hour time slot was more than enough time.
Would definitely recommend for birthday parties, and would consider doing it again in the future.
Since no one wants to answer the phone , ya need to have a talk with your kid workers n there , when they mop they need to put yellow signs up to let kids know your floors are wet , my son fell last night and slipped and bumped his head cause there was no sign for the floor being wet,
the link yall sent me didn't do anything and there's no reply link either
Pleasantly surprised how clean and well run. Pizza & cheesy bread was great but took a little longer than necessary I felt like.
First let me say in know way I like to give bad reviews I give reviews on my true experience I have been going to this Chucky cheese when my kids were young it least twice a week it was the spot my children now are 25/ and 22 now I had the opportunity to make my granddaughter 2 birthday here. I was disappointed when I walked in past the check in I swear it smelled like urine not just there a few places I could not even understand why. And then I tell my daughter and she confirmed yes mom it smelled like urine. I’m still taken back cause the smell reminded me of the inner city bus stops or maybe an alley in east Baltimore but I was so disappointed I just wanted to leave .
Look i get it. Its for a kids bday party right. But 81$ for a pizza is outrageous no matter how you slice it. You get 1 pizza 4 drink cups. Small. And two gaming cards. The games are subpar and if they aren't broken they're supervised screens and enlarged plastic moldings surrounding them are exactly what it takes to wow a kid for a split second. When chuckie came out the kids were super excited until he just stood there waving. They were more interested in pulling on the materials of the costume then what he did. But who am I to say. Ask a 5yr old if you want an honest review.

Manager was amazing for bday party.
Clean and friendly.
Of course pizza was awesome
Worst Chuck E Cheese that I have ever been to in my life, so many machines not working, workers seem like they hate life and do not want to be there. Anything you ask them it's like you are asking them for a favor like we are paying customers and just asking if Chuck E will come out and then even when he did it was rushed. I would never ever return here. Also why is the parking spots across the street who thought it was a smart idea to have children crossing the busy street. Please also tell the older lady working there to smile and to not show attitude to customers no wonder why this location was dead. Please avoid it and go to Largo where they will treat you right and actually have all things working.
I have taken my granddaughter numerous times to the one in Glenbernie over Richmond Highway and I love love love this one. They’re always very helpful. It’s always very clean. She just has a blast.
Great people
