To be honest they seemed a little understaffed but the employees working did a great job keeping a smile on their faces and trying to stay on top of everything. My kids had a great time. There were a few machines that were not working but overall a great experience. I do wish we didn’t have to pay extra for the trampoline section.

Absolutely not this place is horrible. Peter is horrible. is horrible and is bad for children I was just here and some baby was throwing food all on the ground even at me when I walked past and the games are absolutely so nasty. They have germs all over them and when me and my kid went to the bathroom, the bathroom had poop all over the toilet seat, so that’s my review bye Chuck E. Cheese.

The staff were absolutely phenomenal. They were very professional, kind and even knew I was there for a fundraiser despite me forgetting to tell them (they used my flier and applied my coupon with it just laying there). From the entrance, to the cashier, to the prize check out, to the exit. Every single staff person I encountered was superb. However, this IS a kids play place, through the chaos that that comes with, I forgot an item. I called and called, with no answer (likely due to it being a busy Friday night). The following day, at opening, I got through and they located my item and set it aside for me.

All in all top tier service 5/5.

As usual the food was sub par but my kids had a lot of fun. The staff were relatively nice but you have to pay a large amount extra to use their trampoline which is silly.

Kid-friendliness: Kids had a blast

Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy to get in. Only no door buttons

Hadn't been to this location in awhile. The new games and table configuration is nice. The women's restroom was very clean! I will definitely bring my grandchildren here again.

Most of the games didn't work.. they claim each game is worth one point..I purchased 200 points $40 for 1 child used the card in 1 hr in the way out my son wanted to get in the trampoline and a girl came over as he was playing and made him get out in front of everyone and told me I had to buy $12 socks just for him to play. His socks we already nonslip..disappointing experience

Had a great time celebrating with others. Problem is most of the games did not work or did not have balls. Upsetting when you pay for play and stuff doesn't work. There was no sense in getting anybody and complaining because nothing would have been done anyway. Everything's based on time with the play cards. Unless you buy the points play cards. I literally went to four games straight in a row and none of them worked.

I responded to link you provided. When we left I still had over 50 mins on my play card - but at that point we were done. My granddaughter tried to play the games in the back corner by the Skee Ball's and NONE of them were working. Unacceptable. If they don't work remove the games. We received our Pizza with no plates at all. The pizza wasn't even cut through - we tried to cut it with a plastic knife. We ended up having to take it back so it could be but properly.

Glen Burnie….. this place is the worst! Save your money for other places that actually care about your autistic child having a good time. Horrible staff. Dirty facility. Incompetent management. Not even worry of 1 star. Dave and busters is the place

I had taken my grandson for a haircut across the street but had to wait 45 minutes to get in, so we went to Chuck E. Cheese to stay cool and get a soda. The girl at the door was very sweet and stamped our hands as we came in. Grandson thought that he didn't get a stamp, so she shined the light and showed him the stamp. So cool!
The young lady at the register was just as nice. She gave us our cups, and we proceeded to the soda fountain. My grandson was very excited at all the choices and that he was able to pour his own soda. I showed him how to get his ice and pour the soda. He was so happy that he could choose whichever soda and mix or match whatever he wanted.
We found a clean table to sit down and watch Chuck E. videos.
There were a few kids in there playing games and some adults, too.
My grandson knew why we were there and was content with watching and cheering on the other kids while they played.
Chuck E. came out and walked around. He waved at all the kids, and my grandson got to give him high five!
When it was time, grandson filled up his cup once more, and we made our way out.
Thank you, Chuck E. Cheese and staff for being there and being you.
