Ordered online, it was wrong, went back in to get it corrected. I'm assuming he's the owner, he decided to argue with me rather then just remake it and give me the correct ice cream. I will not be giving this particular cold stone my business ever again.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I brought my two kids here about a week ago, and from the moment we walked in, the experience was awful. There were two employees behind the counter who didn’t even bother to greet us. My kids (ages 7 and 8) politely said hello and were completely ignored. When one of the employees finally spoke, it was only to ask if we knew what we wanted. I asked if he hadn’t heard the kids greeting him, and he just shrugged.

My children placed our order, but it was clear from his attitude that he had no interest in helping us. After we paid, my kids said thank you, again, no response. No one is forcing you to work there, but if you’re in a customer-facing role, basic courtesy and decent customer service are the bare minimum. If you can’t manage that, you should be working in the back, not with customers because at this point, you’re no different from zombies🙄.

A robot could have done a better job. I will never return to this establishment.

Ive been to this location a handful of times and always an issue. Normally I go to the Arundel Mills location even tho its a longer drive.

Last week will be the last time I will come to this location.

Went in to get two ice creams and on my cold stone app it was BOGO buy one get one.

When I put in my number for the birthday coupon for $5 off ok no biggie but when I asked about my BOGO the cashier had to get the manager which I think he may be the owner cause he was older and seen him their at times working solo .

When I showed him the app he began to give me an attitude and I explained to him the app shows BOHO under offers but it’s not “clicking “ and he said you got $5 off countless of times as of if I was a 5 year old child and kept talking down to me. I told
Him I don’t work for cold stone this isn’t my app not sure why it’s not working. Going back and fourth dealing with his attitude I was moments from just walking out and he spoke to the cashier in another language and threw his hands up at me and walked away.

He only charged me for one but so many unnecessary steps and words that was uncalled for just to have simple customer service .

Last time I will every go to that location to be disrespected.

This place skimps on EVERYTHING and charges out of the you know what. They will short I got the biggest size and the guy filled it to the brim of the cup and that was it.

Seriously the new taco thing $9.00 look like it was anorexic and not as advertised also

I visited Cold Stone recently to pick up a birthday cake from the freezer. Unfortunately, what should’ve been a pleasant experience turned out to be incredibly disappointing.

When I approached the cashier—who I believe was also the manager—I was completely rushed. He moved so quickly through the transaction that I had to stop him just to ask if he could apply my birthday rewards. He did so, but in a very abrasive and dismissive manner.

After my card was approved, he said nothing—no thank you, no acknowledgment—just immediately moved on to the next customer. I then had to ask for a receipt, and again, he handed it to me abruptly without a word. Despite his attitude, I still smiled and said thank you, then walked out—knowing it would be my last visit.

Respect goes a long way in customer service. If a business can’t offer that, there are plenty of others that will. I’m sure Dairy Queen would be happy to have my business instead!!!

Place smells rancid, mainly over by the ice cream freezers. Customer service is atrocious. The person I presume to be the manager or owner started making my girlfriend’s order wrong. When confronted, he just kept making her the milkshake version instead. We weren’t trying to be difficult so we just accepted it. As we were leaving, we could hear them laughing at us, like we somehow messed up. How this place is still in business is completely befuddling and disappointing.

HORRIBLE!! There’s only a husband and a wife who work here. They must have bought out the store, and fired everyone. I witnessed the wife run her hands all over her forehead, in her hair, and tuck her hair in her scarf, then touch peoples food with her bare hands. Just saying…

Love the milkshakes but service is usually slow.

When I visited Cold Stone located in Glen Burnie to try the new vegan chocolate ice cream, I was really disappointed. The cone wasn’t fresh at all—it tasted stale, and the portion size was way off. The ice cream was sloppily served, not at all neat like I’ve experienced at other Cold Stone locations. To top it off, the customer service was terrible. There was only one male Indian worker, and he was rude and unhelpful. My son ordered a cookies and cream shake, but the worker only put two cookies in it—barely any at all. It felt like they were being stingy with the portions, and the whole experience was frustrating. I won’t be returning to this location again. I do not recommend visiting this Cold Stone location.

I put in an online order for when I should be arriving. We arrived 2 minutes later than that and the employee hadn't even started making my order for 4 Like Its. There was also another customer sitting at a table waiting to have his order taken. The employee said hi to me, I told him I had a mobile order, and he asked for the name. Then, he disappeared to the back for a minute or 2 and then asked the guy at the table for his order. I would have been fine with this had he asked, since I ordered 4 and he only wanted 1, but the other customer asked if he should be making my order. The employee said, "No, she has a mobile order." and continued to do the other customer's order. I left with my order no less than 10 minutes after the order time I had on my mobile order. I had also been hoping to sit outside with my dog and kids because I had noticed the table and chairs out recently, but there were no chairs to be seen today, there was one table in the bushes, and one by the door. I thought the point of doing a mobile order was to give ample time to complete the order at the time wanted so the store could be prepared. Also, the mixing of toppings into the ice creams were not well done. We were disappointed in so many ways.

I recently visited Cold Stone Creamery in Glen Burnie, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff. The store was impeccably clean, which is always a plus.

The quality is top-notch. They create custom ice cream masterpieces right in front of you on their frozen granite stone. It’s like watching an edible work of art come to life! Whether you choose candy, cakes, fruits, or nuts as mix-ins, you’re in for a treat.

The waffle cones deserve a special mention. They’re ginormous and packed with creamy goodness. Seriously, my medium cone felt like it could feed a small village! And the decadent Founder’s Day Cone? Pure indulgence.

But it’s not just the ice cream that shines; it’s the staff too. The young lady with braces and the one with short brown hair are multitasking wizards. They serve customers with smiles that are downright contagious. Kudos to them!

So, if you’re in Glen Burnie and craving some heavenly ice cream, Cold Stone Creamery is the place to be. Treat yourself—you won’t regret it! ?

Not sure who runs this place but their "so called deluvery" was DoorDash and I had to wait for other deliveries. When I called the store (??) I talked to a man who stated nobody could help me there and I needed to talk to someone else. He was rude

I was going to attempt to give this place at least three stars, however, after further investigation into previous reviews, the one complaint that I have is the same as several of the previous complaints, which tells me that this establishment does not care about the opinion of their customers. It smells like death in here! I am filling a complaint with the health department tomorrow. It's insane that people complain, stay away for months then reattempt only to receive the same result.
