This place is disgusting!!! The smell alone killed mine and my friends appetites. It looks and smells like they never clean. I see others have had the same issue over the past couple years. You would think if not the management corporate would do something to solve the problem. I will never go there again. barf!

Warmly greeted by gentleman up front upon entering. I encountered Friendly, Cordial Staff and a very Clean store on this visit on a Sat around 7 pm. Not cheap @ $20+ for (2) medium waffle cones but quality of ice cream is AWESOME: THE richest, creamiest ice cream ever and I thought Friendlys was the best. Very Indulgent. A Splurge Treat. The waffle cones are also great and top quality. Size is GINORMOUS; I'd advise the Small over a Medium or Large. My medium cone was close to 3/4 pint of ice cream! The picture doesn't do it justice this was a HUGE Heavy cone. Stir- ins are great too. Founders Day Cone was Decadent! Kudos to lady who does the cones & scoops + mixes all the ice cream back 2 back without going crazy! Families, Couples, Individuals, Dates all here to get this beautiful, delicious, FABULOUS ice cream!

I have had an amazing experience every time I come to this particular location. The one young lady that has braces always has a smile on her face and is very polite and does a great job at multi-tasking the other young lady that is amazing is short small and brown hair. She is always helping multiple customers at one time and always has a smile on her face I would love to see these two work In My place of business as they are very peopley individuals and they get their jobs done. The other young lady has black and red hair and she also always has a smile on her face. Their smiles are all contagious in their own ways keep up the amazing work ladies.

This place is not only uncleanly but unprofessional . The ice cream was melting behind the glass and when I asked about it she said “idk do you want it or not” .I ordered 3 smalls then when we got to the registers she rang us up for a small medium and large . Then proceeded to tell me they choose size by the amount of ice cream that they themselves scoop ! Then what’s the point of asking me what size I want ?

Just waited in a long line to finally get to where the ice cream was and it was all melted. Will not waste my time paying $10.00 for melted ice cream

Had a fortunate favorite with pecans, vanilla, chocolate syrup, Carmel inside waffle cone..little pricey though .
The ice cream here is good, but the service isn't great (staff are rude and impatient), and it's not very clean. The staff don't wear gloves, hair nets, or anything while preparing your order. Anyone handling food should be wearing protective equipment to limit transmission of bacteria; especially those with long hair or acrylics. I only noticed that the employee's weren't utilizing good food safety precautions after they were finished with my order.

I don't know if new management took over but they are very stingy with the ice cream and toppings as well. I remember I used to come with my daughter in the past and you could barely fit a like it in a like it container, now they don't even fill up the like it container. I got the strawberry blonde and only had 3 strawberries in it, couldn't taste the caramel and I had to ask for extra whipped topping. I won't be coming to this location anymore. Oh, and the I e cream in the case is half way melted by the time I got to my car my ice cream wasn't even solid.

Every time I make an online order they forget to start it until I show up. The young folks working there are miserable 95% of the time and treat customers as an inconvenience.The place has had a horrible sour dairy smell the last few times I've come in, too.It's a shame because I love the chain otherwise, this place is a bad example.
