Went there today around 1:00 for the first time. After a few minutes we were greeted by the hostess. He informed us that there was a bit of a wait unless we wanted a bar high top. We elected to get the high top knowing it was busy and it might take a bit. But after almost 20 minutes and not even a hello, need a water, or we will be right with you, we left. Many of the servers even seemed to avoid eye contact. We may try another day but they were also down to just small crabs.

Tanya was awesome & had great customer service!!! She kept the beer coming & had a great hack to keep the pitcher cold. Crabs were excellent & perfectly steamed! Prices were very reasonable! Definitely coming back!

First time traveling on business to Glen Burnie and had done a search for a seafood restaurant and found this one. A super experience. Very friendly staff especially our waitress Sheila! Food was very good and portions were great.

We had Maximus as a server. Super kind and very attentive.
Unfortunately he had a table full of degenerates that felt it was acceptable to leave their food on the table for over an hour while they go play games on a busy Tuesday night. The table got mad when he asked them nicely to finish up so another waiting party could sit. (They were there for two hours) The man actually asked to redo his purchase so he could remove the tip. Unbelievable.
Max didn't deserve to deal with that and their other rudeness. Please keep pushing and don't let people like that discourage you 🙏 Thanks for handling it like a boss and being a great server.

I love this place--its a rare gem. Mostly because it's a very authentic mom & pop local place that's been around a long time. I live the retro arcade room (which is huge. Its great to bring my kids here and share with them some of the games I played as a kid. For $5-$10 each, they can play for an hour or more--comparef to Dave & Busters where they spend $50 in 20 minutes. The service is good usually, sometimes tough to get quick service when it's really busy (Fridays due to $1 oysters) but I'm okay with that. I like the atmosphere but if you're a high end person you may not appreciate it's working class feel (but I do). Most of the patrons are local & regulars which gives it sort of Cheers (80's TV show) vibe. If anything, I'd compare it to Cheers where it's sort no frills but they know your name (literally if you visit more than a couple times). If you're in the area you have to try it at least once. It's VERY Maryland (in a good way) even IF you don't love it, you'll probably enjoy it. Its 1,000% worth trying. I bring all visiting friends and family here and they all love it.

My wife and I went on Saturday they were packed we decided to sit at the bar so glad we did Stacey was our bartender so sweet but also didn't take any crap off a customer who was using foul language Very quietly but firmly said we are a family restaurant would you talk like this in front of your children? He said sorry real quick! Our food was delicious and came out fast try there crab dip fries big servings and so good. The arcade is everything made us feel like kids again. We will be back.
first time here, unfortunately not a great experience! we order our food but one of the courses was missing an item - coleslaw! so we assume they forget. But little I know that charged us for $5 coleslaw, so instead canceling the item, the server offers it to go and this what we got for $5 !!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! We can get a container of coleslaw in the market for $4.99 !!! this is rip off!!! Sorry but not coming back here!!! Oh by the way, they will add 3% if you pay credit/debit card. Make sure you have cash on hand !!!!

Are you not well aware of the amount of $ you place on your menu? I have proof that I was charged $5 for a small tiny sauce cup. Honestly, I am skeptical at first when my son’s who is celebrating his birthday requested for us to dine in to your restaurant. And I am not a fan of a seafood restaurant that I am not familiar with but still I gave it a shot cause it is my son’s birthday. But sorry to say this will be the first and last. I am replying to your respond and doing this review for those who are fan of your restaurant to double check their receipt for some discrepancies. - Oh by the way, I paid cash I don’t want to be charge for another 3% for using my debit card. Good luck to your restaurant.

Made a carry out order for crabs, guy “placed the order” and said it’d be ready in 25 minutes. I arrive and am waiting, 45 minutes after making the call I’m told that my order was never placed and you’re now out of what i ordered and my order was never placed so I had to wait another 30 minutes for my order to be ready (mind you a substitute because they ran out). Ended up waiting at over an hour for food I didn’t order. The food is good, the arcade is cool, but the confusion around ordering is literally going to make me not come again, thanks.
Edit: called the manager and she made it right, plus some, so all seems to be well now!
