I was visiting my brother in Millersville, Maryland and he is his girlfriend recommended that we go to Crabtowne for dinner. They travelled on their motorcycles and I drove my 2011 Honda Civic EX to the eatery. Upon our arrival, the parking lot was rather full but we found a space in the rear near the dumpster. When we entered it was very crowded and busy- They were having their monthly Pinball Machine and Arcade Night. We were very hungry so we decided to sit at the bar for faster service.
Jennifer P. was the Bartender and Server and she had her hands full. For an entree, my brother's girlfriend ordered the Seafood Nachos with an Iced Tea. My brother ordered the Slider Trio with Crab Cakes and Hamburgers. For beverages, he ordered an Iced Tea and I had water without ice and four lemons. The location has the coolest collection of classic Pinball Machines as well as all of the great classic video arcade games of the 70s thru the 80s. The atmosphere was very lively with the event going on and they were selling rolls of quarters like crazy.
Everything was absolutely delicious and my meal was prepared, portioned, cooked to perfection, served hot, very tasty, and not salty. They have a very nice menu that is not too busy but it has something for everyone including some unique and special menu items. They are known for their crabs which a lot of people were eating. You can have a delicious and great meal coupled with warm, friendly, and attentive customer service.
The establishment is definitely a popular place with the locals and it is definitely a refreshing change from the chains! It can get very busy in there and so arrive early and you won't be disappointed! Jennifer P. was very attentive, friendly, efficient, and happy to help! In short, the great food and customer service made for a great dinning experience! I will definitely be returning here when I am in the area to try some of their other appetizers, entrees, and specials.

Wish could give 5 stars because the service was great. Our server was great, friendly, professional and knew her job. But the food was just ok. The steamed shrimp had very very little Old Bay on them if any at all and a little on the cold side. The calamari seemed as if fried in 2 batches as some were cooked perfectly and some could have been crispier and kinda bland tasting, no fried peppers with them and the dipping sauce was on the thick side. The crab legs had to be sent back do to an ammonia taste but our server did replace without hesitation and with understanding, their replacement were fine and they were a good size of legs and cooked perfectly. Not sure if will be back. If we do return it will be because of the service.

I love the food the service was great but the waitress we had maybe she had a bad day but but come to find out she was the manager and we just got there order a drink told her it taste like water but she was not pleased for us to ask but everything else was great

My wife and I had been trying to get a table here for awhile. Every time we went there, it was too crowded and we didn’t want to wait a long time. We went in tonight and got a table. We ordered an appetizer and my wife ordered a cup of soup. Then we ordered our main course. My wife said that the soup was only a little warm but tasted good. The food was good but came in the wrong order. We got the main course and finished it before the appetizer came. I should’ve just cancelled the appetizer. After we finished, our server brought us the check. There was a charge for using your credit card. Who does that anymore? I really wasn’t that impressed and, needless to say, I won’t be going back again anytime soon. It was busy enough, so I’m sure they don’t need my money.

Food is okay but not the main draw for me. Service is hit or miss depending on who you get. The drinks are top notch and will get you lit.
