I love it here….the atmosphere is nice, they have great taste in music and it’s not too loud the staff are very nice especially my girl Mary I love her!!!! She is on point with everything….i come here to get the all you can eat I get the crazy sauce medium and they never disappoint at all…

If I could give this place zero stars I would this is my second time visiting this establishment in both times I was very dissatisfied with the bartenders. I normally go for happy hour and it’s the same two bartenders behind the bar. They have very snotty attitudes. Don’t know how to communicate with the guest. My daughter made a Comment to her aunt about not understanding why people work in this kind of establishment but always have an attitude towards the guest paying guests at that so the bartender woke up and said she doesn’t have an attitude and we can leave if we don’t like her attitude. Disgusting if you ask me Why work in a place if you’re going to have a snotty Attitude the whole time. And just ruin peoples experience.

PATRONIZE THIS PLACE AT YOUR OWN RISK The food was not seasoned well and it was bland and served COLD. We ordered more seasoning. It still didn’t help we ended up having to leave. We explained to the waitress and to the hostess what our issues were they told us that they told the manager who was handling other issues with other patrons. The manager told us our only alternative was to have the food discounted and on top of that they wanted me to pay gratuity on top of bad food and they threatened to call the police on us if we didn’t pay the bill so I told her I’ll pay for the food that was good but not for the food that wasn’t edible. And I told her she can call the police cause I’m not paying gratuity on top of bad food. Only then did she take the gratuity off of the bill. I asked you what reputable place would have you pay gratuity on top of food that wasn’t edible? They do not serve any green vegetables or salad. This place is not diabetic friendly. If I were you, I would not patronize this place as they’re not a reputable place that stands behind the food that they prepare and serve.

Love. Love. Love it here. Favorite seafood place. Only come here for the all you can eat. Expect to spend $70 but it’s worth it. The boils are so good and their crab balls are one of my favorite things. I try to go here every couple of months. I highly recommend.

Me and my family got a seafood boil and a side of blue crabs. However, it took very long for us to get our food, and when we got it it was mostly cold. Plus the meat was thick, if you like that thats you, but i didnt like it.

This place is by far the worst place that I've ever eaten at and it's mainly because of the staff, the service was so terrible they tried to charge me for some food that I cannot eat and told me that they cannot remove it off of my bill. I t got so bad that they had to call the police and when they came the police was upset with them too because they could not justify why they couldn't remove it from off of the bill. The crab legs were so small it was ridiculous the corn was so small like it needed more time to harvest. When this place first opened up it was great I don't know what happened now throw the whole place in the trash

I recently invited a friend out to lunch, and I decided we would go to Crazy Crab in Glen Burnie. No matter what time of day you go the atmosphere is always warm and friendly. The Manager, Mary and her staff are always amazing. She always has a way of making you feel very special. The food is delicious. Being a New Orleans girl, we are very particular about our seafood. I found my dining place away from home. Thanks, Mary, for always making me feel so welcomed. Pam S.

Okay so today we went to Crazy Crab. It’s 3 grown adults. What I don’t like is everyone at the table has to order of the all you can eat menu. Only 1 of us didn’t. So we all ordered. Now the problem I have is it’s 59.95 per person and we have to order family style. The most disappointing thing is the lack of knowledge. If you’re selling raw oysters please make sure your staff is aware of where the oysters are from. We had the raw oysters they had no taste to them at all. They weren’t salty nor were they sweet just flavorless. The crawfish had no taste to them at all. The corn was dried and hard as you can see in the photos.Okay you bring us crab balls with 6 then 6 oysters that 3 grown adults have to share now I wouldn’t have an issue if it was really enough to feed 3 grown adults. Listen I been here before and had better food service. Now if you want more bang for your buck this is not it. This is the tray for 3 adults family style I know you lying. Maybe it was the cook that was here today I don’t know but this was not as good as I have had in the past and I was just here 2 weeks ago and the food was spectacular I’m so disappointed
