Have not even gotten my food yet and I'm happy with my order it's not super busy at 3pm and the waitress/bartender is very friendly! I'm coming back with family and friends. It's very clean in here! Decor is cute for a crab restaurant

I never write reviews but today we sat in the bar section against our better judgement from previous experiences. Sometimes the service just isn’t attentive at all. Today Tammy served us and made everything well worth it. 54$ per person for all you can eat for the food was such a great deal and all the food was so good. Left stuffed and happy! Will most definitely be back.

Today we sat at the bar and normally it’s terrible but thanks to Tammy we had a great experience. No matter how busy she was she made sure we never needed anything. Watching her work was truly amazing. We will most certainly be back and request her! Food was great and the music was on point. Thanks again, Tammy!

We had Heather as our waitress she was very friendly and helpful. We have been there two other times before and those two times we sat at the bar and that experience wasn’t nearly as enjoyable as our dining experience tonight. Heather was very attentive. I definitely look forward to coming back in and having Heather as our waitress.

NO NO NO READ ALL BEFORE GOING HERE PLEASE if I could give this place a negative 5 I would and I never complain when things are slightly off. but its more like fast food quality than a good restaurant 1st You only get 2 hours to eat and service was awful ! our waitress took our order and literally disappeared for close to 35 minutes. Other people ran her food and never brought any condiments like butter and lemon cocktail sauce I had to ask another waitress who was clearly annoyed by my asking and said hmm well I have no idea where your waitress is but I can get it. We had to ask for the shrimp cocktail we ordered first 3 times mind you all the hot food came first. Waitress disappears again making it impossible to order round two times running out2nd ..the food was not good besides the scallops and crab balls everything else was blah ..dirty and over cooked . the snow crab legs were clearly frozen impossible to get the meat out. The shell wouldn't snap more like crushed and they conveniently dont have crab forks to assist in this nighmare task and mind you you only have 2 hours to eat so if you're going for the crab legs specifically you won't get to eat much. Way over seaaoned ask for lightly ..and the butter was not real butter was more like a oil. the fried tilapia was clearly breaded frozen prebought and nasty like cafeteria food.3rd and lastly.. the ridiculous policies first its family style and everyone at table must purchse the all you can eat deal for anyone to order it. Second its 15 dollars a pound for uneaten portions so if you dont like it you have to choke it down anyway or pay twice. Third the tips added into bill so no option to not tip the terrible service.The whole experience seems set up for failure for you to pay more and eat less please if you want good all you can eat crab at a nice placw theres places a few miles up the road its not worth the 10 to 20 dollars you'll initially save. I should of asked for manager and demanded our money back.
