Domino's Pizza

When someone comes in you might want to wait on them. I had to wait for a driver to come in so I can get my food as a carry out. Even though nothing was coming out of the oven and the oven guy could have helped me. This is every time I get a carryout at this location I have to wait for someone because you have no register people

Usually, I’ll order online/ in person pickups because they typically acknowledge you and give you your order as a soon as you walk in.. but this evening I had my 2 toddlers with me. I decided to order online and receive my order ( 1 Large pizza) by Curbside Pickup. That was the biggest mistake. I checked in as soon as I made the order, parked right in front of the door and still waited 30 mins to receive my order that takes 15-20 max.

Ordered a simple medium pizza. Extra cheese, sausage. Couldn't be bothered to make it or cut it correctly. Even though I decided to save them the trouble of delivering it. No extra cheese or garlic on the crust (which is standard). I go back after talking to my friend who's been a manager at dominos for 8 years. I'm required to get a fresh pie and a free dessert. They make the pie but lie directly to my face and say they don't do the compensation dessert. I didn't even want it but it's the principal. You wasted an extra 20-30 min of my time because I had to drive back and wait for the pie to be cooked. This place is literally full of incompetent workers. And my manager friend says it every time we order from this location

A few slices had bubbled up on the crust, and there was no sauce or cheese in that area, so they were slices that were disappointing.

Ordered at the Dominoes pizza at 7400 Ritchie Highway. I was amazed at how professional Daniel was how he practiced safe food handling always would wash his hands after everything he touched so there wouldn’t be no cross food contamination. I truly appreciate the cleanliness of the whole establishment! Great job Daniel!! I hope they know that they have found a jewel in you!?
