My daughter wanted to treat me to a donut and coffee. She placed the order on her app and went in to pick it up and was ignored. It was like they looked at an 18-year-old person and didn't feel the need to talk to her about her order.. she waited for 5 minutes
Finally someone acknowledged her and then they couldn't find the order in the app even though she showed them her app, they threw the order together placing my Boston cream donut in a bag face down so that the chocolate smeared all over the bag..
Definitely will be returning to Krispy Kreme in the future. This service is just not worth it

My boyfriend and I drove 3 hours and stopped here for breakfast. Ordered thru the app for a drive thru order. I submitted the order twice on accident. My boyfriend was charged twice for $23.49. We get to the window they said they didn’t receive the order. And claimed we had to call customer service. Called customer service and support 3 times and the line was closed. I showed all the workers the order on my phone and the payments that went through and they excepted us to leave the drive thru just because they had a long line but didn’t want to fix the issue. Didn’t want to issue a refund or filled our order until we argued and made it clear that we wasn’t leaving the drive thru with out one or the other. Order was filled 10mins later

If I could give this Dunkin Donuts zero stars, I absolutely would! This is probably the WORST Dunkin that is functioning! Every single worker stares at you, doesn’t acknowledge you, will serve every single customer before they even speak to you about your mobile order. Once I finally asked if someone could help with my mobile order, one person asked my name, I was passed on to another person, then to another person all as everyone else that ordered in the drive thru and online got helped.
Moral of the story. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! THEY COMPLETELY IGNORE YOU! Also they never ever cook their bacon properly. Everyone has attitudes and can never make coffee consistent.

People who was working there looked like they don't like to work or maybe they don't like people come in store. Very rude and very slow. Never again.

2024 update - Again, it is still NOT my go-to store. Restroom is always dirty and employees are always slow and never greeting customers.
