This used to be my favorite (and closest) Dunkin. Not sure what happened, but it feels like now every time I come, my order is never made correctly. The bagel minis were definitely not warmed up. Never used to have these issues up until a few months ago

If I could give this zero stars I would. Went there this morning to get a dozen donuts. The woman did not ask me what kind I wanted and just started to make a box of donuts for me. She was choosing all crappy flavors, and got upset when I said I don’t want those flavors. She tried filling half the box with plain donuts. I told her to put them all back and start over, and she still continued to try and force flavors on me I didn’t want. Aren’t you supposed to be able to choose your own donuts??? I was there at 5:30 this morning and they still had a wide variety to choose from. I even said to another employee who was standing there watching her “I don’t understand why she is trying to pick all my donuts”. That employee didn’t do anything to help. The one making my box of donuts didn’t seem to understand any English as far as I could tell. I’m sorry but if you are going to be in the service industry you need to find a way to communicate better with customers. I’m not sure if this was a language barrier issue, or if they were just being down right rude and trying to force crappy donut flavors out the door. Either way, it was very frustrating. Won’t be going there again.

Poor & Concerning Experience
I’m genuinely worried after what I witnessed today. I saw an employee bringing in multiple trays of donuts from the back of her car completely uncovered. To me, this feels like a major health hazard. The car didn’t look very clean, and I couldn’t understand why food that’s being served to customers would be transported like that with no protection at all.
This really makes me question the store’s knowledge and standards of proper food handling and control. It was concerning enough that I felt it needed to be shared.

This is absolutely the WORST Dunkin in the entire world!!!!!! They water the coffee down!!!!!!! It literally tastes like hot water!!!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER COFFEE FROM THIS LOCATION!

I went today. Drive through. Neither person could speak or understand English. I ordered medium villina iced coffee with milk and sugar. Got plain iced coffee wasn't fit to drink. Won't go there again

Used to be my favorite dunkin but I guess they have new workers every time I come I get a French vanilla cold brew with cold foam cream and sugar they always mess up my coffee thru either forget the cold foam , cream or the French vanilla ..when going through the drive thru instead of them listening to the order and not interrupt and wait for the first item to be done being ordered before speaking to make sure they have it right that’s why most of the time shit gets messed up because they’re not patient enough to listen and they’re always in there standing around in a circle talking instead of doing there job and anytime I get anything to eat they always burn it like it doesn’t take rocket science to make food especially if a machine is making it for you and it’s getting no ridiculous because nobody has time to go back up there and complain cause some people have a job they need to get to but dunkin you definitely need to get some better employees and figure out who needs to be fired cause this location has definitely gone down hill

Pay attention when placing orders at this location charges more than most others I got just a single sweet tea the other day and it was over $4 which blew my mind cuz most places it's not even two dollars
Why is this the only location that doesn't have any of the promotion products ordered a Sabrina dream and didn't get the reusable cup last promotion they didn't have the buckets but any other Dunkin does I'm starting to think maybe the employees keep it especially since the day before a employee said they had the cups now today they told my friend they don't

Duncan on Ritchiewhere the cool cars came to closes early every day. It used to be open in the evening. You got to talk to really cool people. At one time , it was the place to go hang out. What a shame.
