5 Star Service here. In my mind this is the best Dunkin on the East Coast. And I’m in a few of them

I was just in this store a few minutes ago and the lady who helped me was angry only because I don't speak English very well. The lady made some bad gestures towards me and started hitting the screen, upset and angry. I always go to this store for my breakfast and I've never had such a bad experience.

I had to give this at least one star just a comment, this place is outrageous I called them to let them know that they charged me for more than what I got and they gave me the wrong coffee. They then told me to bring my receipt back up they would refund my money and would give me two free coffees. When I got there they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about he gave me $6 and I told him they took my points I redeemed a donut and you charge me for that too and you're trying to hear me $6 for a 17.00 order. The worst part is I speak to the manager 20 minutes after we left the place and they promised me my money back when I got there they just totally accurate like they had no idea what I was talking about. The worst part is my health is failing I cannot drive anywhere so I have to either pay people to drive me where I have to go or I have to have my husband do it but he is busy all the time he works full-time and he has a life as well but we went back down there and wasted our time and our gas and it's just incredible to me if you were a corporation and you tell a paying loyal customer that you were going to refund or do something of any sort you should never go back on your word. I will never ever go back to the Dunkin donuts in Pasadena on fort Smallwood because one don't lie to me 2 get it together as much money as you make in a day and then you want to give me a cup full with creamer and it's supposed to be French vanilla coffee fix your wrongs and learn from your mistakes, or you'll never stay in business. That's why it's hard to trust anyone including businesses these days because everyone is only concerned about themselves and how much money they can earn. There's no reason to screw over especially your loyal customers how do you think your place stays up and running? All I know is I will never return there and I hope no one else has the same experience but as for me this place can kick rocks.
Vegetarian options: I am so absolutely pissed off that I wasted precious time out of my life to go back to a place that I thought was going to honor what they told me and I'm still in shocked. But I want to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else so make sure you taste your coffee for you before you leave and don't count on any refund and that's why this bothers me so much I rather have been ignored then lied to & got no kind of help or truth because they're quick to take your money but they ignore you when they're in the wrong and they owe you. What's right is right and what's wrong is wrong that's the way I live my life.

This is so insane to me that they dropped a plastic cap inside my iced coffee. They were so busy they didn't even notice it and apparently I didn't either because I was drinking it and then I was like hold up what's this SMH! Like this is why I hate eating out because of stuff like this! They should have checked before handing me my coffee

Great service and clean shop! The crew had no issue taking my order without using the kiosk - to be honest I didn't see it. And the crew were all very welcoming and nice. Great donuts and a good experience.

I'm not sure what kind of establishment you're trying to run but getting smart with your customers in the intercom then when I come in to address you yall act like you don't know who it was. If I were a cursing person I would have said something unpleasant, but because of the nice person I am I did not. Someone needs to address the person because I didn't say anything smart or out of the way to deserve that. If you're having a bad day go in the bathroom and cool off for a few minutes, don't put that negativity on your paying customers. Thank you.

This Dunkin is always on point. So fast and my order is always ready when I get there. I’m just impressed. Every time. No matter the time of day I got there and I’ve been going there for years. It’s as reliable as chick-fil-a. It’s the best.

The only thing I don't like is that you can't get your money back if they don't have an item you ordered.

There's a lightskin young woman who works the afternoons. No customer service skills, and never gets my order right. She just makes what she feels like and won't

My order got "taken" - it was less than 5 minutes from when I ordered. From when I entered to when I left, I didn't see anyone actually walk into the establishment. Orders get taken, it happens, I'm more disappointed with the reaction.
No initial reaction whatever, no apology and no sense of responsibility to the customer. Their employees were just talking amongst themselves for a few minutes after I showed my order had been taken and then I had to ask what was happening with my order.
The manager afterwards basically said something like well, it's the holidays, it happens.
