Why is this the only location that doesn't have any of the promotion products ordered a Sabrina dream and didn't get the reusable cup last promotion they didn't have the buckets but any other Dunkin does I'm starting to think maybe the employees keep it especially since the day before a employee said they had the cups now today they told my friend they don't
Bad service. I don’t know if they just don’t understand english well or maybe they’re just not good in following orders.

Duncan on Ritchiewhere the cool cars came to closes early every day. It used to be open in the evening. You got to talk to really cool people. At one time , it was the place to go hang out. What a shame.

This morning I came to this Dunkin to pick up a mobile app order. First thing weird was when I came up to the intercom at drive through, they seemed confused about mobile orders, but found my order. However, I stood there waiting for something like “ok thank you, your total is x amount, please pull around” but nothing. Next thing I heard was “Hello can I take your order” as if I was someone new, even though I already told them I was picking up an order. I simply asked if I was OK to pull around, and they said “oh OK sure”.
I paid no mind to it and simply thought it was just a long day, even though it was only about 11 in the morning. The second thing was when I pulled up to the window, out of three woman, an older lady brought a bag and my two drinks. No straws or anything else, closed the window, and walked away. With that, I assumed the order was done, and the straws were in the bag. I got home to find out there were no straws in the bag, half my order was missing, and my drink was hard to drink. I finally finished my drink and found out why it was so difficult to drink…the photo attached explains everything. I will NOT be coming back here again. I’ve officially been disgusted, I’ve never had a bad experience with any other Dunkin.

Longest wait I’ve ever had in a drive thru line.

I work near by so I go here often. Lately my matcha has been milked down and foam covering half the cup and by time I get to my office the drink is half empty because the foam went down. I did not order any foam and the lady says it’s the new recipe which is a lie because when I go to the Dunkin’ Donuts by my house I do not have this problem. My drink started at the top of the lid and working its way down before I even put a straw in it

I have never been to this Dunkin’ Donuts before I rarely go to Dunkin’ Donuts at all, but I was craving donuts when I walked into the store. There was one customer she was on her laptop to the left, and there was nobody At the front counter, I waited for a couple of minutes and then I proceeded to try to order from the computer, but could not get it to work for 10 minutes. I stood there waiting for someone to come out until I seen the top of someone’s head towards the drive-through window, I moved over to get a clear view, and there were two employees sitting down on milk crates on their phone, never once looked my way never once got up to check the counter for customers, I continue to stand there until finally one of the cashiers looked in my direction and got up to help me properly. She was nice. her customer service was good, but I’ve never seen employees on their cell phone sitting on milk crates and not paying attention while they were at work, this is unacceptable, I Ordered caramel iced coffee it was perfect and a half a dozen donuts which were not fresh at all. I will never return there again. I posted pictures on the photos

I visit this Dunkin’ almost every day and usually don’t have issues, but recently I’ve had repeated experiences that leave a lot to be desired. Today, I placed an online order for coffee, munchkins, and bagel bites. When I arrived, I noticed (for at least the third time now) that my coffee didn’t have whipped cream as ordered. I politely asked for it to be added, but the woman at the counter barely acknowledged me—it felt like she heard me but chose not to respond.
Then, as I was leaving, I realized my munchkins were missing. When I asked about them, I was told they were out of stock. Instead of proactively letting me know or suggesting alternatives earlier, I had to bring it up myself. They offered me a substitution from the donuts available, but there were only three options, none of which I wanted. I asked for a refund and was told I’d have to request it myself through the app since it was an online order.
As someone who works in the fast food industry—I’m an operations manager overseeing 81 restaurants—I understand how challenging it can be behind the counter. However, basic customer service like acknowledging guests, smiling, and being helpful goes a long way. I don’t have an issue with processing the refund through the app, but I do have an issue with how it was communicated. There was no guidance for a guest who might not be tech-savvy, just a dismissive “you have to do it yourself.”
Order accuracy is also critical, and consistently forgetting something as simple as whipped cream diminishes the experience. This location would really benefit from reinforcing customer service skills with the team and ensuring order accuracy, especially for regular customers who come in nearly every day. I wanted to be fair and not harm the business by giving 1 star, but look at this review as a teaching opportunity to your employees to do better or an opportunity for your management team to train your staff.

Burnt coffee bro
Food was good, however, I visited yesterday around 1pm and the cashier barely spoke while taking my order, and was verbally unresponsive to my greeting and question at the drive-thru window. It came across as very dismissive. Yet, she, as a grown woman, was laughing and talking to another employee. Please train your employees on basic customer service skills.

5 Star Service here. In my mind this is the best Dunkin on the East Coast. And I’m in a few of them

I was just in this store a few minutes ago and the lady who helped me was angry only because I don't speak English very well. The lady made some bad gestures towards me and started hitting the screen, upset and angry. I always go to this store for my breakfast and I've never had such a bad experience.
