Complete waste of time. I waited 15 minutes for a latte only to be told it was out of stock. If I wanted to wait forever for something that isn't available, I would’ve gone to McDonald’s for a McFlurry. Dunkin', do better. Save yourself the headache and just go to the Starbucks nearby instead
Girl was very rude. Everything i tried to order she bluntly told me they didn't have that day. So i left and went to Einstein

I had the worst time here. I felt bad, looked everywhere for ice cream. The only thing that I could eat. Finally got to the front. No milkshakes, no ice cream, and the worst part, is the reason why. THEY COULDN'T SCOOP THE ICE CREAM. What is wrong with people nowadays?! Worst Baskin Robins I've ever been to. Terrible service. I have a headache now. Thank you.
Find new staff. I just tried to order and the staff was too busy socializing amongst themselves to acknowledge my presence.
Customer service here sucks. Girl that waited on us was rude and made ignorant comments about a small girl in front of us being upset about the location being out of the donut she wanted.

Lynwood was very professional and helpful in fulfilling my order. Even without the resources he made my evening traveling and experience getting coffee great. These guys deserve a break doing the work they do and you should treat them with the respect that they deserve.

This airport location opened 5 min late at 5:05 AM. When I got to the counter, I was told that breakfast sandwiches would not be available for 20 minutes. Manager Jose G clocked in at 4:41 AM-- Didn't see him. In future, perhaps Jose could start heating up the sandwiches when he arrives?? Since there were already about 20 people in line, I was not sure I could get the sandwich and make my flight, so I settled for donut holes and coffee. Donut holes and coffee were very good. So plan to eat donuts and coffee if you arrive early-- Or plan on disappointment...

Hmmm order a hot latte - found out no hot latte so went with cold. It tasted like iced coffee with coconut milk. Nasty and threw it out

Ordered 20 minutes ahead get there and the kid says they're closed. A lie cause there was still 10 minutes on the clock, then he lied again and said they had no espresso. LaZy workers you have there. And to top it off I lost my points. Thanks a lot. Won't be running on Dunkin with service like that. Your employees make Dunkin look bad. I will never order coffee from y'all again!

The manager working the first shift this morning (6/29/25) was absolutely terrible. The employees there were doing their best in what was clearly a stressful situation (cash only with a till that was malfunctioning) and making things happen so kudos to them. The (shift?) manager though came out to… I dunno. Assist?? And did a terrible job to put it nicely. Her customer service was absolutely deplorable; she was incredibly rude…. It would be better if she had just stayed in the back hidden where she was. Maybe help prep the food and go get change from somewhere so your location can service customers (thanks to one of the workers for her clear thinking to make that happen). But don’t come to the front with your attitude, it doesn’t help. That manager (wish I knew your name I’d publish it) should definitely stay in the back until she has a remediation course in shift running, problem solving, and customer service. You deserve no stars, but that isn’t an option.

Very friendly staff! When they realized they had missed my order, they instantly make it, upgraded it, and gift me some extra donut to make up for it. I hope they are always this kind.
