Literally gave me food poisioning from a croissant sandwich. 5 hr nightmare flight. Vomited multiple times. Employees were absolutely clueless. Worst flying experience I've had thanks to these guys.

First timing over two years that I work in the airport I have this issue that I’m very disappointed in placing an order online, which is supposedly they open at 5 o’clock in the morning and is 5:21 AM and everything is closed

I couldn't even order. They only have 2 employees working at the busiest time of the day. WOW what a waste and lost $$$$ 😕. Owner pay them more money 💰 and they will show up, you are losing big time.
This is the one inside BWI terminal B.

This is the worst this Dunkin has been. Orders used to be proficient and since the girl that does the drinks has been hired(she ALWAYS messes up drink orders. Asked for black coffee got cream and sugar in it??) it has been the worst. She is always snarky towards customers who have waited 15mins for their orders (IN AN AIRPORT) that aren't done nor do they have bags labeled.

BWI - concourse B - the location should have opened at 5 am its 5:20 am and there is a long line. Two females walking around setting up and when asked why they haven't opened on time they stated “they are waiting on their manager”

Abysmal. It was rough for an airport Dunkin. 7 employees, 5 on their phones. Was the only person in line and received my order 10 minutes later. This was after I asked if it was ready, and they started working on it. Maybe one of the Dunkin’s in A or C terminal is better? Yikes!

The young woman that took my order went above and beyond screwing up the order. I told her I wanted two ice coffees. One with whipped cream and one without it. I also order two donuts. One with sprinkles and a Boston cream filled donut.

I was given two black coffee’s with ice and no whipped cream on one of the coffee’s. The Boston cream donut didn’t taste right. Like it was out of date. As a matter of fact both donuts seems to have been made the day before, they weren’t fresh. The donut size was too small (about 3 inches in diameter). I get better than that at a donut shop in St. Cloud, Fl; and I pay less for them too.

Luckily another young woman saw what was going on and came to the rescue and fix the issue and got the order straightened out. Kudos to that young women. She was the reason I gave a five star for the service, her service.

Every single employee should get fired and needs a reality check. The attitude and unprofessionalism is beyond anything. If they hate their job so much, why work and ruin someone else’s day? DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!
