I came to get my coffee through the drive-through. After I paid, the employee told me to pick up my coffee by the side door. There was no one behind me, and since it’s a drive-through, that request didn’t make sense — but I still moved as asked. Unfortunately, there was a car blocking the side door, so I couldn’t move any further. Then the employee came out and insulted me, saying I was blocking the way and even called me “stupid.” I couldn’t believe how rude and unprofessional that was. I’ve never seen such disrespectful behavior from customer service. Because of this, I and my family will never return to this store. I’m sharing this so management can address the issue and make sure this doesn’t happen to other customers.

On 10/11/25 my husband and I stopped for coffee. We ordered two iced coffees with extra caramel. We paid extra for caramel yet we had NO caramel. I hate spending $4 for a coffee that wasn't hard to make and still not correct, what a waste.

Terrible Service and Food Quality
I had a horrible experience. The bagel was rubbery, clearly old and microwaved instead of toasted. They got my order wrong, and when I pointed it out, they scraped off the original topping and just filled it with what I asked for—absolutely disgusting. I had to throw the food away right in front of them. Completely unacceptable.

I just paid almost $5 for a cup not full?! Super annoyed and pissed off this is why I make my own coffee, never again! I work next door at the school took me less than 10 mins to get to my class no whip cream, no caramel drizzle nothing!!! I could have just gotten a coffee and called it a day

They got parts of my order wrong, again! I ordered a large iced tea, they gave me a hot tea. When I said something, the guy just looked at me like he didn't know what to do. He didn't offer to fix it or correct it at all. I ordered my bagel toasted, they didn't toast it, but I didn't find that out until after I had left the drive thru line. I couldn't understand the person on the other side of the speaker and apparently he couldn't understand me either.
