I don't like that they discontinued the French Cruller or that the Blasts went up by almost a whole $1, but they are still better than Starbucks in my opinion!Parking: The parking is on three sides of the building. About 10 spaces per side.
We must have caught staff on a bad day. They acted like their conversation with each other was more important than us customers ?

So, the customer service is nice. However, the drinks are not good. I got a large iced matcha latte. And it’s brown and tastes like coffee was added to the drink, mixed with matcha, it’s a horrible taste. Or their matcha isn’t fresh. Any other Dunkin’ I’ve been too the matcha latte is bright and tasted fresh. This drink was horrible.

This dunkin seems to be doing a lot better as of recent. Usually I have to take my drinks back as something isn't made right but its been pretty good lately. The mega oreo frappe is to die for.

Don't bother adding whipped cream, 9 times out of 10 they just won't add it.Don't bother paying extra for a dairy substitution. Half the time they'll ignore that too.

I'm not a DD person, but,Cold brew was good. Energy of the staff person at the drive thru was short and not inviting. May have been a bad day for him. Do better! A smile goes a long way and it's free!

Always a good experience when I visit this one. I actually pass three Dunkin' on the way! I'm more of a coffee expresso type, so I can definitely stand by the coffee! The service is always super friendly, and I think that is awesome ? Keep up the good work, guys! ?
Fast, Friendly service EVERY visit .... And my coffee is ALWAYS made PERFECT !!!! Kaitlyn is a GREAT asset to DD, has a heart of gold and goes above and beyond to make sure EVERY customer has a WONDERFUL experience !!!! ?

I refuse to go to DD. The following feedback is provided from my passenger seat visit with my wife.=====DD franchises are no longer the local coffee shop gems they once were -- before Starbucks came along.The staff -- I'm guessing a small cabal of family members/owners are always abrupt and rude, ruining the entire visit.Recommend going to a nearby Starbucks or Chick-fil-A where the parking and customer service are superior.Parking: The lot is excruciatingly small. Free spots *are* available. Good luck backing out without getting rear ended.Recommend going to a nearby Starbucks or Chick-fil-A where the parking and customer service are superior.
