This is the epitome of a great neighborhood Baltimore bar. It’s got its regulars, but welcome to all. A great place to watch an Orioles game or a ravens game as well. It has been around for years and change ownership about five or so years ago, but the new owner is great and truly cares about the place and her patrons.It’s a national treasure and a must visit for everyone in the area.
Nice little neighborhood bar that serves bar food, pizza, pretzels, mozzarella sticks etc..The barmaids are super friendly, drinks are cheap, there are a couple pool tables, a dartboard and a jukebox and several outside areas to enjoy in nice weather..
We have lived about 5 miles from Ferndale Tavern for more than 32 years, and this was our first time in. What a great local neighborhood bar! We came in around midnight after doing karaoke at another location, so we did not have food. The drinks are reasonably priced and tasty. The service (thanks, Lauren!) was superb, and the atmosphere was cozy and comfy. Just what you'd expect from a local bar. Our only regret? Not discovering it sooner. We will be back!
