We have lived about 5 miles from Ferndale Tavern for more than 32 years, and this was our first time in. What a great local neighborhood bar! We came in around midnight after doing karaoke at another location, so we did not have food. The drinks are reasonably priced and tasty. The service (thanks, Lauren!) was superb, and the atmosphere was cozy and comfy. Just what you'd expect from a local bar. Our only regret? Not discovering it sooner. We will be back!
Good spot for cheap drinks and watching sports. There's an upstairs and downstairs. Food selection is limited to light bar snacks, such as pizzas, fries, mozzarella sticks and tenders. You are allowed to bring outdoor food or have food delivered while you're enjoying a drink. Lots of locals. Seating is limited but there is outdoor seating available. There's also a billiards room and a juke box for your musical entertainment. It does get crowded in the evenings and...
Great bar. 2 bars upstairs and entirely different bar downstairs. Live music, karaoke, pool tournaments, corn hole. So much to do. The bartenders are awesome treat you like family and you can't beat the prices.
