I love the pancakes. The banana granola is my favorite. And they really are huge. Have only been to this location once but it's a much better setup than the Columbia one. More parking and more space when you walk in the door.

I ordered from this restaurant and got an order that was prepared wrong, missing items, and was extremely low quality. I ordered "double crunch breakfast tacos" and got some sloppy mess. I ordered a power bowl with eggs over hard and got over easy slop in a container. Attached are the advertised photos and what I actually got. This place sucks.

My daughter and I decided to go to first watch after dropping her brother off to school. My small dog often is with our family. I parked directly in the front of the establishment so that I was able to keep an eye on my dog. My daughter and I did not even get a chance to speak with our waitress before I hear all these discussions around my dog and another waitress asking guest in the front if that was there dog. I instantly started getting nervous thinking something was wrong with her. So I asked every waitress that walked passed is something wrong is everything ok? All of there responses was yes everything is ok. Our waitress came to take our order I asked immediately is everything ok, that is my dog why do I keep hearing the waitress ask about my dog. She said they are concerned about the dog being in the car because it is hot. I was so confused because it is 9am in the morning and the temperature was 65. The women who kept asking about my started to walk pass. So I made sure to tell her that was my dog and is everything ok, she said no we are just worried about the dog because it is hot outside and I have a small dog that I would never leave alone in the car for that long and walked away. So I told my waitress it’s fine I can leave because the last thing I need is someone who obviously looks like she is on drugs calling the police on me for having my dog in the car. I literally was not even in the establishment for more than 5minutes. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. My first time coming to this location and the last.

First and last time I go here. Waited 20 mins more than the estimated wait time and on top of that I pay $18 for Steak and Egg Hash for it to mainly be potatoes with 5 penny size steak cut ups.

I love this place. The only reason for giving it 3 stars is the fact that any water that comes out of those bottles tastes disgusting. They need to clean and rinse the bottles better.

Update: don’t be fool by the owners response to contact them to further discuss. It just to make themselves look good. Poor business. The location is incompetent and has distasteful leadership.
Prepaid for my food to grab on my way to work. Check-in. Provided my name for my order and was told there was no record of my order. Had to walk back to my vehicle to get my phone to show my confirmation.
Money taken from my account and had to wait instead of grabbing and going for my order. Million dollar bacon cold. I’ll stick with the Columbia location. They get it right every time.
