This is the second time I visit this location, and the people working here are very rude I asked a simple question and they all looked at each other and laughed at me which is very unprofessional and unethical, definitely never going back to this place.

Husband and I both ordered food from here different times on the same day, and got food poisoning.we order from here all the time, but this will be the last time. We ate lettuce bun burgers, so we suspect the lettuce that day was mishandled. Doctors confirmed this as the origin of the food poisoning.

The crew needs extensive training on cross contamination. People handling food should not also be taking orders, handling money and things of that sort. This is completely unsanitary and disgusting.

Good experience here, staff was nice and professional. Food came out fast and was cooked well. Props to everyone that works here.
Two best things - fountain machine and my burger was cooked.
Cashier came out to wipe table with dirty napkin pile. Started pushing food debris on my pop. I stopped him and did it myself.
Quality of food matched substandard service this Sunday. Which sucks- from what used to be the best five guy’s around to this regular burger place.

I think this is like most five guys. And I would usually give five guys 5 stars, but this one was smaller than most and it felt a little clostrophobic. That's why I gave it a 4. The food is amazing.
Also, if you've never been I would suggest getting the little burger, all it is, is you get 1 burger paddy rather than 2. It's a lot cheaper and I personally like the taste of one paddy over 2

Without a doubt, this is the best Five Guys in the surrounding area. I honestly haven't had a burger and fries this good from Five Guys in years; I'm glad I decided to give this location a chance.
