We've been coming to Fortune Cooky since the late 1990's. They've remodeled, changed their menu, changed their staff, and changed their prices. What they haven't done is change the quality. Our favorite dishes are the General Tso's Chicken, the Fortune Cooky Special (which is like a Happy Family), the egg foo young, and the Kung Pao Chicken. We love exploring other items on the menu to see which ones we might like. Today, we tried Szechuan chicken. It was spicy, but didn't have a whole lot of flavor. In the past, we've ordered bourbon chicken, pad Thai, and chicken with broccoli. These dishes were very good, as well. They have great lunch and dinner specials and, if you order carry-out, they offer coupons for additional free items based on how much you spend. In today's economy, that's a value-add that I can appreciate.

Ordered carry out 3 times . Terrible food salad was brown . He came out with order from kitchen and it was cold. WTH? Steak was over cooked, sauce watery, vegetables over cooked. No flavor bland on steak teriyaki. Is this New Management? It used to be good . Will not buy again!!

Easily one of the worst establishments I’ve been to yet. Absolutely rude employees, if I can even call them employees…considering I tried flagging the guy down behind the counter on his phone so I could take the food I already paid for. He just looked at me and pointed his finger at the woman on the phone at the register who was ignoring me since I came in.After the woman at the register was off the phone, she proceeded to help the customers that came in after me. Ignoring me until I had to tell her I would like my food I paid for…so she grabbed it and lobbed it onto the counter not saying a word. I will no longer waste my money on such rude and nasty people.

EDITED TO SAY THAT AFTER SEEING MULTIPLE REVIEWS WITH THE SAME EXPERIENCE AS IS, SAVE YOUR FRUSTRATION AND ORDER ELSEWHERE!We have been ordering takeout from here a couple times a month for 10 years. Last night was the LAST time we will be ordering. I placed the order at 6:33pm(Delivery). The App said 45 mins. One hour later I gave them a call to check on the status of my order. The App showed “Order Completed.” So I frantically called thinking they delivered to the wrong address. The girl on the phone told me to leave my line open and someone will call me back! 5 minutes later a man calls me to inform me that my food was on the way. What was supposed to take 45 mins, took 90. Hoping that the food quality would make up for the lack of timeliness, we were immediately disappointed when we opened our containers. The sushi was inedible. The rice was crunchy and stale tasting. The sashimi all had a horrible smell. The shrimp tempura roll taste like they pulled the tempura straight from the freezer and rolled it into a roll. It was so disgusting! The chicken teriyaki ($15.95) was worse than a Lean Cuisine frozen meal. Super bland and the chicken was dry. After the poor service and nasty food, we’re done and will only order from SushiQ from now on.

We used to order from them often, but our past few experiences have lacked in quality. Ordered delivery yesterday and called after an hour to check on the order. Was told there was no record of my order. Called in again and found they blocked my number because my call couldn't go through unless I used a different line. Believing my food to be lost, I was surprised when it showed up a little over 2 hours after the original order time. Never got a call to confirm they found the order or any apologies for the confusion. The food is good but the poor quality of their customer service is so disappointing.

The food stick tastes good but my past several orders have been missing items or have been incorrect. Most recently tonight, I ordered Pad Thai with tofu. This is how I have always ordered it with no problem. I got home and there was no tofu in it at all... My order was also missing the fried noodles for my soup. Very disappointed. It's a shame because this has always been my go to place for Chinese food...We always love coming here or ordering takeout or delivery. Food is always delicious and the staff are super friendly. We have been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

Ordered seaweed salad and 2 sushi rolls. Seaweed salad was inedible; like it was old and fishy. And when did sushi rolls only come with 4 pieces instead of 6? I won't be ordering from here again.
