I order classic cheeseburger, onion rings and a vanilla/cookie dough shake. The burger patty was not seasoned at all. Nor was the bread toasted. I was very surprised since this place has been around for awhile.
Onion rings seasoned and fried golden brown to perfection š. Shake was think and good but the cookie dough ice cream was off. I could tell it was freezer burnt.
Lastly, young girl at the window was great!

Was in the area so we tried this place and had a pretty good experience overall here, food was good, and was a very good price too. We had a burger, a chicken wrap, fries onion rings, and milkshake. Everything was good. Food Seems Freshly made which a huge positive and good quality. The place looked deserted though and only the Drive Thru was available. Knowing the type of area Glen Burnie is, I'm assuming this locked inside is for safety reasons, so I won't let that be a negative if that's the reason. Employees seemed friendly.
I'd come back more often but this place is too far from my home. If you're in the area this place is definitely worth a try. The other food places in the area didn't look as appealing as this place.

What the heck happened to this place? The inside of the restaurant is closed and totally filled with junk - some of it dirty. It looks unsanitary. You can only pick up food from the drive through after preordering. We kept on going when we saw the inside. Looks like this great old restaurant is going under. Too bad. I wouldn't trust what they're making in there now. Stay away!

Ordered the grilled chicken ceaser wrap . It must have been two day old chicken in the fridge . Because it was hard as a rock and cold . And the coleslaw , I didn't even try. It smelled sour an the texture was like rice pudding . Do not recommend this place at all.

The girl at the window who had pink hair today was the nicest most helpful person. I have loved Ginoās for awhile and donāt get to go often so today was a great treat! Wish I wouldāve gotten her name for a true thank you.

11/30/25 update - unfortunately, you can no longer dine inside. The burger was good but my fries weren't hot and crispy. They were warm and floppy. I thought they would be crispy since there was a line of cars waiting for their orders; and more behind me. No biggy, just a minor adjustment to how long it's cooked, so I'm not deducting any additional stars. I hope they're able to get back to their prime and open up the full restaurant again!!

I was in Glen Burnie for an appointment and had a little time to spare before it, so I searched for something local to eat. I first went to Mission BBQ, but they were closed due to technical issues. Thatās when I found Ginoās, and honestly, Iām glad I did.
I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and onion rings, and both hit the spot. The onion rings stood out ā they tasted freshly cut and hand-battered, not the typical frozen kind you get everywhere else. The burger had that old-school, homemade flavor, cooked perfectly and full of real character. Everything seemed made to order, yet the wait time was surprisingly short.
Itās nice to find a place that doesnāt feel like a cookie-cutter chain. Iāll definitely stop by again when Iām in the area.

This is not the Ginoās I remember years ago. First off, the place looks deserted and filthy. This should have been the first red flag but I decided to proceed. I pull to the drive thru the speaker system does not work, so I followed the directions of the old hand written sign that says to order at the window. I get the window only to see employees with dreadful, dirty uniform shirts on which was the second red flag for me. Still looking forward to the great tasting food I once remembered I ordered a chicken Cesar wrap and 3 tenders. THE FOOD LOOKED AND TASTED HORRIBLE. It was not fresh, nor was it quality food that Iām used to. I asked for a refund and the owner insulted me by saying I must be used to Chick-fil-A or McDonaldās tenders! No, Iām just not used to tenders the size of an arm and hardly cooked. After several insults she did decide to refund me which was the best part of the entire experience. I called the health department because itās no way this place is still in business. She bragged about being the owner but it looks like sheās done a great job running it to the ground. I normally donāt do negative reviews. I doubt if anyone is even checking for this place anymore but in case you are this is not the Ginoās from 10 years ago.
Great burgers and the drive thru girl is so sweet and friendly. Been going here for years and canāt complain about one thing. Must try!!

If i could give 0 stars i would. Me and my wife just spent $30 here. My wife opens her burger after ive already taken a few bites if mine. She find a dead fly on her burger. So now of course we dont want to continue with the meal or the shakes. When asking for a refund, our receipt was āvoidedā and we are now being told we have to wait 3-5 business days for a possible refund. If refund doesnt come, we have to drive back to the store for our refund. We live an our away. I explained this to the lady and she said there is nothing more they can do. I asked for a manager. She stated she is the manager š.
She then proceeds to blame dead bugs in her food on it being summer time š¤¦āāļø ive been in the food industry my entire life. You can save the excuses.
DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Theres no telling whats hiding in your food and you will not receive refund for dead bugs visibly in your food!
