I visited Gino's after seeing a glowing review on Instagram, but my experience was disappointing. Please note that this is a fast-food establishment with a closed dining room, cluttered with supplies. The drive-thru speaker was also out of order, requiring orders to be placed at the window.
Although the customer service was friendly, I found long blonde hair strands in my wrap after ordering. When I returned to report the issue, the cashier responded with a dismissive "what do I want?" instead of an apology or concern. This was unsatisfactory, especially considering I spent over $30 on my order.
Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend Gino's until they address these issues, including implementing hair nets for staff to prevent contamination.

Came here for drive-thru a few months ago in the winter after I touched down at BWI. Gino's can definitely compete head to head with Five Guys, hands down.
One of the best kept secrets in Glen Burnie. Gino’s has great pricing & quality food - highly recommend to anyone who has not been here before to check it out!

So a thing occurred at Gino’s. An honest mistake no doubt. But oh let me tell Y’all about Emily!!! First off she listened to the situation then she kindly requested a photo-cool I thought! Then I called back to check if said photo was received. She not only confirmed it; She Resolved it!!! No hemming or hawing! Talk about Stellar Customer Service!!! There’s nothing like hometown folks!!! If you are seeking real food from real people….you may want to consider doing a drive by!!! Oh and the chicken ? absolutely risking a fight for…after all you’re going to want to slap someone!!! And the milkshakes….honi dat chocolate ? banana ? will have you drooling ? for more…don’t think ? you will be able to make it home without eating their delicious ? food!! VERY RUDE WORKERS DO NOT GO HERE!! I PUT 1 STAR BECAUSE THATS THE LOWEST I COULD RATE!!My blind disabled partner tried to order a nice meal and accidentally dialed this place, thank God he did now I can tell everyone how they REALLY treat their customers! He attempted to order a meal, when the woman answered she had a horrible attitude when he asked her to repeat what she said because she spoke too fast. Then as he tried to think quickly what he wanted to order, she gave a very belittling tone by saying “THIS IS A RESTAURANT, do you need help??” almost as if he was stupid. She didn’t even let him finish ordering and hung up on him. -1000000/5 . Never going here again, would never recommend it. Not even worth the hassle of buying their food, you’re better off going somewhere else.
