Great service! Keilei was very attentive, speedy, and overall a great server all around. Order came out hot and correct, and sauces were delicious. Voodoo Lemonade went great with my crab balls. Couldn’t asked for better service and quality.

The Seafood boil here is absolutely amazing and is to die for. Everything was cooked extremely well and was flavorful. Gotta check this place out if you enjoy seafood in the area.

We are in town visiting our daughter and decided to try the Hook & Reel. Keilei was amazing and helpful with our large party, also with all her recommendations and knowledge of the food. Everything was delicious and satisfying! Would definitely come back!

This was my second visit to Hook & Reel, and while my first experience set high expectations, this visit fell a bit short.

The drinks were a highlight during my previous visit, but this time, they were disappointingly weak, almost as if they lacked alcohol altogether. The manager did provide replacement drinks, which we appreciated, but we were still charged for them—a gesture that felt a bit off considering the initial issue.

As for the food, the seafood boils remain the star of the menu and did not disappoint. However, the rest of the food was just okay, nothing particularly memorable.

Service was average—not bad, but not exceptional either.

One area that definitely needs improvement is cleanliness. Both the dining area and the restroom could have been much cleaner, and this impacted the overall dining experience.

Overall, Hook & Reel has potential, especially with their seafood boils, but attention to drink quality, customer service resolutions, and cleanliness could elevate the experience significantly.
