Once a five star sub shop turned two… I have ordered from the Glen Burnie location since it opened. The subs were phenomenal. More recently not so good! My last two orders were skimp to say the least. My sub in stub was a fraction of the original size and my chipotle chicken cheesesteak barely had any meat on it! I a very disappointed given the prices. I’m sad to say I’ll be heading to Cappriottis for my next sub fix 😢

This location as well as the entire employees are the most courteous , respectful and hospitable in the entire State of Maryland . I have to personally recommend one particular staff RENEE, She always called me by my name and With a big smile 😊 I love the delicious fresh tuna Sandwich , she’s always busy helping the customers as well as preparing food. I love her attitude. I wish the employees of the MVA across the street in Glen Burnie Md should learn from the employees of Jersey Mike’s sub the term Customer Satisfaction . Place order on line sat in store and watched the staff be confused on what to do, they didn’t start the order until 15 minutes after promise time. Ok you get busy but they acted like we were a bother when we asked about the order. Team needs to work together cohesively

Drove to the store to pick up my online order. Upon arrival they were confused. Apparently my prepared order was nowhere to be found. So someone walked in their store, and grabbed three subs I paid for UNBEKNOWNST TO THEM. No apologies, and I had to wait while my subs were prepared again. Meanwhile someone is enjoying a free meal, with my receipt attached to the bag. Hopefully no pertinent information was included on the receipt. DO BETTER JERSEY MIKE’S!

Today I visited this location, and my mom seen one of the workers play with her hair and mouth and then tried to put on gloves to prepare our food without washing her hands. I think ppl should be aware how and who handles their food.the worker actually caught an attitude when approached. I always visit this location and unfortunately this was not a pleasant time this time. It's the girl with the glasses. Why catch an attitude if a customer asks you to wash you hands after observing you playing with your hair and face without washing your hands. Don't make sense... so if you see her about to fix your sub request for another person to prepare your sub instead. That was unsanitary, for all she could've known we could've been health inspectors ??♀️. NASTY
