I'm Deaf and walked in the store, the lady approached to me and I asked her for a paper and a pen. I wrote down 8 inches cheesesteak sub , provolone cheese, and hold the lettuce and tomato. I trusted that the order would be accurate. Which I drove 30 minutes back home and to find out it was a yellow american cheese?!!! I called the store and the spoke to the lady again and asked her why did she not follow my instructions? She actually had the nerve to say I never wrote it down?! Oh my god, she lied to me over the phone. The reason I ask for paper and a pen came with one specific purpose and that's to ensure a cheesesteak comes with provolone cheese not yellow american cheese. I have no desire to come to the business and purchase their products. 1. She lied to me. 2. What cheesesteak is it if it is done with a yellow american cheese? This blows!

Been going here for years, but no more. Ordered the veal parm. It tasted and smelled rancid. I told them that it did not taste right and the veal may have gone bad. I was told it couldn’t be bad and that I just didn’t like it.
Well, most people do NOT like rancid veal.

Let me just say the service was great and the establishment was clean and with a great location . I Came in because I heard they had the most delicious shrimp parmigiana ever ….,, they was a LIE. The chicken was absolutely amazing however the sauce and spaghetti was watery and bland ! Very disappointed . Even the strawberry cheesecake disappointing . Not sure if I would recommend.

OREDERED 3 SUBS, CHEESESTEAK, WITH TOPPINGS, 1 CHEESESTEAK PLAIN, 1 CHEESEBURGER. THE PLAIN WAS NICE& PACKED WITH MEAT, THE CHEESEBURGER WAS GOOD, ALL TOPINGS WERE GOOD, HOWEVER, THE CHEESESTEAK WITH TOPPINGS-WAS missing cheese, gave fried onions, not raw, no other toppings. I attempted to fix 1/2 the sub with cheese and mayo at home since I had to eat to take medication, called to let them know my sub was not made right, was told nothing they could do, cause I ate part of it. No apologies, no compensation, no discount on next order. SMH...I USED TO LIKE EATING FROM HERE, HOWEVER AFTER SPENDING OVER 50$,& FOOD WAS INCORRECT...NEVER AGAIN!!!

Classic old skool sub shop in the heart of the Dirty Burnie. I love a sub shop who knows how to make a great cheese steak that is both biggly and delicious. Portions are huge, service is awesome, and the food tastes yummy. Recommended for take out or eating in. AND, they serve ketchup in old skool squirt bottles!

The food is tasty but a bit pricey for what you get. I had a whole steak sub, which cost $18. Stingy on providing catchup. The fountain drink was watery to. I do plan on going back. Fast and Friendly.

The manager of this place is very rude and unprofessional my niece had a hair in her cheesesteak and didn’t want it. ask for her money back at first the manager said they couldn’t refund her said they could make it again. (she wasn’t comfortable ) to which I don’t blame her . so she called ask for her money . And was told come get your money and don’t ever come back . This is not how you treat people especially in this economy they have been around a long time so sad because I will not be going there ever.
