I ordered a coffee from the lobby and literally walked out after 10 minutes without it. Staff said it was in the que. Had to get to work. Just a simple coffee.

I placed an order on APP and I didn't receive my fries which was part of the promotion. I tried to cancel my order but app wouldn't let me so I couldn't pick my size fries with my order nor could I change the drive-thru order to inside pick-up. I tried telling the cashier who might have been in charge that the fries that were supposed to be part of the order were not, she told me I got what I ordered. Actually I didn't because the promotion was not honored and I have used it before at another location. Try explaining that the App didn't work to customer service is like speaking a foreign language.

Went here last week and got a big mac the top pattie wasent even done,was so nasty I can't even eat from there anymore.
