I see why McDonald’s don’t answer the phone, they always forget stuff. The customer service was nice. However, they always forget to count people’s food before handing out the bag. I don’t there often, but once every 6 months to a year I go there I see why I don’t eat fast food.

Today I was disappointed something is going on with the moible app stated the manager yet all week I have been using it . I was using the breakfast deal buy a item get the other for $1dollar she tried to convince me they were points but the green check "GOT IT" was on my phone I was told to pay the regular price . When I told her this was not right she said it's the app but her attitude was horrible as she had a mouth full of food which was disgusting. I will be calling corporate

Horrible place, mistake coming here. The guy who was bringing food to my car said everyone in there was high on drugs. Also, they got my order wrong and I didn’t even get my six piece nuggets. Payed $39 all in all for missing food. Do not come here I’m warning you.
Once the sun goes down, leaves this location alone. They service goes from mediocre to downright awful, especially if the buckwheat impersonator is working. Most nights they pretend that they're "closed" or the system went down even though mobile orders and Doordash orders can still be placed. They even go as far as to marking it complete in their system so that the customer is charged for receiving nothing. And before McDonald's tries to dispute this check your cameras around 12 am last night at this location

I don't even know why I bother at this place at this time of night. It's weds Sept 18 at 9 o clock and I go to get dinner for my family and I order everyone's food then mine last because I have allergic reactions to onions I ask for 2 mc doubles no onion no pickle I bite into my food without checking because I was hungry and long behold onions and pickle....I wouldn't be leaving this if it was the first time but this is 3 times now in a week. Like whoever is the person making food obviously don't care about people and the health so fire their ass. My email will be attached
