Doing good

We ordered through the drive-thru, and my brother had to spit out his Spicy Chicken Sandwich after one bite—it was hard, paper-thin, and clearly not made right. I called the store and was told I could bring it in. When I arrived, another customer warned me the manager was rude, and she was right. The manager was dismissive and unprofessional, accusing us of eating most of the sandwich, by saying “next time, don’t eat majority of the sandwich”,even though I had cut it to show what was wrong. Very disappointing experience all around.

THIS MCDONALDS IS INFESTED WITH RATS!!! 🤮🤮 Not surprising given this is a McDonald’s. I’ll be forwarding this to the Maryland Dept of Health. Looking forward to this McDonald’s being permanently closed. Hopefully something better replaces it, a Raising Cains would be great.

Very rude and disgruntled manager here. Refused to give me their named. They refused to give me delivery orders thru drive thru and lock the front doors. We should not have to ring bells and wait in a empty lobby for pic up. It is a safety violation. See pic for the poor servicemen below

First of all if you’re going to take the soda machines away and the napkins and the condiments at least have one person behind the counter who can give them to you when needed. I waited 10 minutes for napkins. 10 minutes for salt and eight for a refill which they gave me a new cup, which seems to be defeating your whole purpose. Also, french fries fries are never hot.

Tear it down and start again.... since the remodel the service is now horrible. Made the inside look nice and the staff crap..... go down the street to the other one.
It was not busy inside and there was not a lot of cars in the drive through.

Lots of renovations going on at this location from new asphalt to new kitchen appliances and many other up to date modifications.

Order a Big Mac large meal and received a large fry container, half full of oil soaked, soggy, half cooked fries.

All I get is people trying to harm me tell them I have food allergy to onions so pls no onions and bam get my entire triple cheeseburger wrong only two patties and they put the onion in the middle of I would have bitten it i would have died have more consideration since me and the kids r allergic I'm not gonna order if they r not gonna do right

Rude at drive thru!!!!

Went late last night around 3am for a snack. Ponytail white male handed us our food but we saw he had the bloodiest hand so we mentioned we were not comfortable eating food someone made with bare/ bloody hands. He ran to the back (window left open) cursed that we were crazy and that it’s “just ketchup” and came back and threw the food and drink at us NOT REMADE! This is the receipt he handed us with “ketchup.” They do not wear gloves.

I was there today at the drive through the white guy with long hair, he was so rude and racist because he was treating me like a object i felt so bad for my skin colour, I hope my review will create an impact
