Ordered at 5 AM: 1 Sausage McGriddle Combo with OJ, 1 Steak, Egg & Cheese McGriddle Combo with OJ, and 1 extra Sausage McGriddle sandwich. The combos are supposed to include OJ, but I was charged an extra $2.59 twice for the OJs—total rip-off.
Tried explaining the mistake to the cashier multiple times; he seemed completely out of it, like he was high, and couldn't grasp the issue. Went to the pickup window—same problem with the worker there, who also appeared impaired and rudely told me to back up and talk to the cashier again. Unbelievable incompetence!
On top of that, asked for 4 grape jellies—no jellies in the bag. Had to park, go inside, and explain everything to a Latina employee who actually understood immediately, apologized professionally, and fixed it right away.
The first two (Black young guys tripping) were a nightmare; she was the only competent one. Avoid this location's drive-thru—total waste of time and money. 1 star.

For fast food it's normal but they tend to get orders wrong quite often

i came in around 1:40 am i know it late but nobody took my order for over 10 mins at the drive through when i pulled around i seen two people in the lobby just talking with three people in line. All i came to get was some ice. I honked my horn and even pulled around to the windows and at that point it seemed like i was being ignored. I've worked in fast food before and if there is going to be an extended wait it's only a courtesy to let someone know on the mic.

They are always nice but they constantly sweep next to you and all the dirt and dust is in the air while you are trying to eat. They get food orders wrong a lot , but they are quick and friendly.

Honestly always Hot and fresh fries, I jut order the chicken nuggets and fries but very fresh hot and good. I order thru the app so it’s cheaper.

They took to long just for an order of LG fries. They were fresh and good but dag I could've drove back around and ordered a fish sandwich.

How the heck do you order a two cheeseburger meal and you only put the burger on one of the two cheeseburgers? Literally the most standard thing that McDonald's can make is a cheeseburger. This isn't the first time they've messed something up so simple. Don't ever go here with how many other McDonald's are close by are close by. Save yourself the trouble...

Doing good

We ordered through the drive-thru, and my brother had to spit out his Spicy Chicken Sandwich after one bite—it was hard, paper-thin, and clearly not made right. I called the store and was told I could bring it in. When I arrived, another customer warned me the manager was rude, and she was right. The manager was dismissive and unprofessional, accusing us of eating most of the sandwich, by saying “next time, don’t eat majority of the sandwich”,even though I had cut it to show what was wrong. Very disappointing experience all around.
