Went to my regular MOD and while service has always been good today was over the top 5 ?. My pizza makers face was beat to perfection and she did just as well on making my pizza with all fresh ingredients from new containers as I mentioned I didn't eat meat or dairy so she didn't want to take the chance on anything getting into my pizza by accident. Much appreciated for the excellent customer service, everyone else was friendly as well.

Absolutely horrible experience. Just left this location, after waiting 30 mins for one pizza. Saturday 3/16/24 9pm . The crew that was working. Needs to be fired ASAP all they did was use profanity and talk about who they was sleeping with and other very personal information. And in doing this,messed up my order as well as 2 others in the time I was there. Again, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! service and atmosphere.

Prices went up..so now they cost just as much as other places, for less quantity.Some days the pizza isn't cooked all the way. I never tried the salad bc I can't see paying more for a salad than a pizza.Point system is okay I guess.Breadsticks never fully covered. The edges are always almost plain.The people are good though.

This location consistently delivers pizza of poor quality. I have ordered from them twice and both times the pizza was burt or missing toppings. Don't waste your money here!!

Mostly want to talk about the great young crew they had working when I showed up. Really polite, no nonsense, and hard working guys. Place is clean as a whistle and the pizza was great. Seems like lately it’s become more about the service than the food for me. These folks are good to go!

Never ordering from this place again! As a first time customer I ordered online. I ordered a non dairy cheese pizza with a few extra topping, a thicker crust Mad Dog and a garlic bread and physically added the free first time customer reward of a No Name cake. The free reward never attached, the Mad Dog had the thin crust and not the more expensive thicker crust and didn't deliver the second pizza. Called the number which is a third party, and not the store, but they were great. They sent out new replacements they said, but it took over 30 mins from a place that's 0.5 miles from me. Turns out they use DoorDash, which is usually a problem all in itself. It was stone cold! Also, I finally got the non dairy pizza that was missing from the first order, but then they sent a second cheesy bread instead of the corrected Mad Dog pizza! The customer service person refunded the two pizzas, BUT I'm never buying anything from this place again. Door Dash and this place just lost a brand new customer.Dietary restrictions: Happy they had non dairy cheese but it tastes like plastic and they messed up my order TWICE.

I've ALWAYS enjoyed MOD here in Glen Burnie..But Tonight Sealed the deal for me. I ordered Through Doordash, and because DOORDASH didn't give certain options, I had to call them. Basically I just wanted LOTS of XTRA dressing and CROUTONS..I spoke with Rachael, and she was just as Sweet and accommodating as if I were in person. The food arrived , the salad's were Beautifully put together and I cant begin to tell you how much Xtra I really got!! You guys are GREAT!!!! * * * * * That's 5 STARS Haha...Thank you again MOD and Rachael!!
