This is usually my go to for my cheesesteaks but this last visit made it my last. I ordered 3 cheesesteak combos the lady at the front had everything correct but whoever made it definitely didn't care how they looked. Every sub was wrong. Very disappointed

They are listed on ordering apps as delivering to my area. They do not. Rather than calling to tell me this, they were just going to take my money and not call. Had they called it would be different. Finding out your food will never come by calling after it was due a half hour ago it ridiculous. They can possibly blame the app for listing outside of their area, but there is no excuse for not letting the consumer know.

6:50pm saturday Nov 16 2024. You should be open. Your online order portal is open. I ordered and got charged. Shortly after I get a message that said my order was cancelled and I will receive a refund that could take up to several days. I call, no answer. I drive over, closed. Lights off. No sign. No explanation. Im sure I wasn't the only one. This is unacceptable. If you close turn off your online orderring so people dont get charged for nothing. Unprofessional and unacceptable. I've been a patron for over 20 years and I'll never be back.

Came here 9/14 at 10:08Pm to grab 2 slices of pizza just to be greeted by a woman who looks like Princess Glitter Sparkle saying that they are closed. But it says they close at 11:30pm. ?

Food was delicious. I asked for extra cheese on my pizza and got exactly that. I got a cheesesteak which was PERFECT, Great tasting, lite lettuce and everything was good. They have good fries and gravy as well. 5 stars from me!

The foods great but twice now they have left us waiting hours for our food and the second time deny that they even took our order even though we were charged. They insisted they didn't charge us and we never got our food so they got our money for nothing in return and I'm really mad about it. Feeling scammed.

I called to place an order for the first time ever at a Mr. Pizza because I was told it was good. I tried to order a BLT sandwich for my Daughter with no tomato and he acted like I was doing something wrong. I then asked him what was wrong, and the guy said, why are you giving me attitude. What? I wasn't even giving any attitude, so I am not ordering from somewhere you are treated like that. Plus after him saying that i have to worry about him doing something to my food so I guess I'll never try Mr. Pizza. This was bad enough to make me write a review. I don't write these.
