Customer service 10/10, store smells so good you can smell the food. Store is super clean , now my food chicken over rice with extra chicken, my food was amazing and so fresh also flavorful . It’s been a while since I had an authentic halal platter . 10/10!

We have ordered from Naz multiple times when they were in their previous location. Food was great, no issues. We just received our order tonight and its not the same. My falafel was too salty and dry, I asked for extra salad and received less than the normal portion. My husband order his typical lamb gyro and that didn't have close to the same amount of meat as he always received. Unfortunately, we will not be back.

First time ordering from Nazs Halal,and we ordered 2 lamb & Chicken with Rice and Salad 🥗 😋 combos it was delicious, best ive ordered fron a restaurant in Baltimore with a baklava cheesecake, thumbs up the lamb and Chicken was cooked to perfection.. an yummy cheese cake, I'd refer Nazs to you ,u would definitely want to order if you enjoy Halal food..

I ordered from here 4 times and the food is AMAZING!!!! The chicken over rice and lamb over rice very good seasoning, very reasonable pricing and the portions are decent. The ABSOLUTE BEST mozzarella sticks I have ever had. The cheese stretchy, the outside seasoned. Superb. Then the chopped cheese and the cheesecake are so delicious. Soft bread. Seasoned meat and the right amount of cheese. So good. The meat of the double cheeseburger is AMAZING! The fries are not so good but I can live without them if everything else is this good consistently. Definetely recommend!! 5 stars!!!

Hair was in my takeout. I called to the restaurant to report the issue. The person there is nothing they can do about. No apology or refund! Terrible customer service.

Initially I liked the food. But my second visit there, a female was the cook and I wound up pulling a long, 5-7 inch piece of hair out of my mouth. When I called to complain, the cashier apologized, took my number, and said the store manager would be calling me asap. I never got the call and I will never be returning. The server/cashier seems more professional than the manager.

The sauce had way too much artificial color—it was honestly off-putting. It didn’t look natural at all and completely ruined the appeal of the dish. Ruined my hands 2 hours have passed, the color is not coming off my hand 😤😤

I've been a loyal customer because the food here is genuinely excellent—some of the best I've had. My top go-to orders are the chicken over rice, combo over rice, and lamb over rice—each one flavorful, well-portioned, and consistently satisfying. I’ve tried similar dishes at other locations, but this place still stands out. The Dubai chocolate they offer is unique and rich, though definitely on the pricier side.

That said, I recently experienced a frustrating issue with the pricing on the app. While browsing, I saw certain items clearly advertised at $10.99 and added them to my cart. However, when I went to checkout, the price changed to $11.99 per item. I’ve attached screenshots to show this discrepancy. I reached out in hopes that this would be resolved and the original advertised price would be honored.

This experience has me reconsidering my loyalty, despite how much I enjoy the food. I hope it's addressed quickly and that the business takes steps to ensure price transparency going forward.

Also, just a note on parking—it can be a bit tricky. There's limited space in the front, though I believe there’s additional parking in the back (I haven’t used it myself).

All in all, I still love this place and hope to keep coming back, but I’d appreciate a more seamless experience, especially when ordering through the app.
