Got this salad for 15.75 and it was only a lil bit of salad in the bowl

I went to this restaurant only one time and it was one of my worst experiences ever. Seemed like new staff that were confused how to cook the noodles and were standing there not knowing what to do. We waited ONE HOUR for our order of noodles and when i returned home they were hard and not even cooked in the plastic cup. Because of this one experience alone i dont think i will ever return to this location again.

Plastic shards in the food. See photos. Plastic was found in the chicken Mac. I definitely swallowed some. Called store and "manager" just told me to get a refund from doordash. Never ordering here again.

Drink machine was done but they sold us fountain drinks without telling us it wasn’t working. The staff watched us struggling to use it without saying anything. When I asked them about it finally they said it was down and nothing else. Didn’t even offer us a refund on the drinks.

I go there for the Wisconsin macaroni and cheese with grilled chicken and it is always great. But being that it's made to order it does take a little time to get your order but to me it's worth it. It's not your typical fast food. The cashiers and other staff have always been friendly and have answered my questions.

I don’t even write, reviews for this location to to give me Penny Rosen with no sauce so dry I’m so pissed I didn’t check my food Noodles and company is my favorite place to eat but this location is trash and this is not my first time getting dry noodles I will not be going back to this location they better be glad I was hungry

Wifey got chicken alfredo. I got bbq chicken salad. She did not care for how the chicken tasted. Was kinda crunchy not in a good way. Did not bother me as much, could have been better.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food was fantastic! We didn't really have anywhere afterward to go due to being stranded at the airport area due to the storm, but they let us just sit and relax for a few hours, no questions asked. Their kindness will never be forgotten. The wifi is also pretty good!

For starters this was our first and last time comming here. Spent $35 on 2 meals and still walking out of here hungry. You get more food in a McDonald's kids meal. My daughters meal the only thing had flavor was the chicken in her Alfredo chicken. If your hungry save your money and go somewheres else. As I was writing this 2 other people where complaining to the staff. I tried to leave feedback on there page but once you get to the end to place your comments it won't let you submit it. They must know they are really that bad. Way to much money to go spend more on something else just to get full.

I don’t leave reviews but I had to for this one because WHAT? I paid $15.75 for a Caesar salad with extra protein and this is what I got. The lettuce was brown, I got 1 protein instead of 2 (that was an additional charge of $4.50 that I am out) and the salad was barely filled. You would think you would get a full bowl at that price but nope! At least they got the no croutons part right. I also left a $4.00 tip on the mobile order. Crazy thing is I just got this salad last week and it was PACKED to the point that I couldn’t finish it. The inconsistency is enough to make this my final Noodle and Company order!
