PLEASE check your food‼️ There was the WING from some type of insect in my food. The wing was long & had been cooked in, see photos. Their line was very long, the cashier was overwhelmed as she had just messed up while cashing out a $60 order, so I asked the Manager to help her & he made eye contact & said “Just wait a second” then instead continued to make to go trays, never helping her. The line was to the door, so I’m sure it’s too busy for them to truly be looking at what is being served but this was NOT a good experience at all & this was my first time visiting this location. PLEASE check your food‼️

Came for lunch Friday November 29th around 11:30-12 ordered orange chicken and chow mein. And a large box of orange chicken. Went to sit to eat and found a coil of steel wool in my chicken. Honestly didn’t get any acknowledgment while I sat there looking through my meal worried I may ingest steel wool…

Came to eat here and I requested some steak. But I asked to be more steak than vegetables since im paying a high price for it. The personnel explained to me that they couldn't do that since that's a "policy " I requested the manager and he also stated this. That it's a 50/50 thing. I requested to speak with the district manager to find out that in fact this is a policy. Manager stated that they don't give out district managers information, that I would have to find it in the website. Now I would like to see such policy in writting. They were not rude at all. But did made the claim about such policies. Now I don't have a problem paying for 50/50 portions, but I don't think its fair that you would charge me for 100% percent of the steak price when I did not get 100% percent of steak. Update: I spoke with customer service and they stated that there's no such policy and that they will investigate this false claim from the manager. Ticket number #2170643.
I would like to see this "policy".
Update: 07.28.2024.
Nobody has called me regarding this issue. Not a regional or district manager. Now Im going for legal advice regarding this "policy"

I ordered through the Panda Express app, this is apparently a “bigger” plate which is around $20. ($18 with the 1st time order discount code). The food was good, but this is pretty small for the amount I expected and paid for.

Food is always on point everytime I go there. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful with whatever you need. The food is always fresh and hot. You get your money worth of food when you go there that for sure. Will always be a repeat customer.

Parking: Plenty of spot to park your vehicle

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair exsesable to get into the restaurant as well exsesable for people in wheelchairs to get around

Took over 30 minutes to get through the line and only 2 people were in front of me. The employee filled at least 10 delivery orders before addressing the people in the store. Turned around to find the line was now out the door because they care more about the delivery orders. Finally they help me and was then waiting for chicken teriyaki to complete my order(deliveries took the remainder of what was ready). It finally came out and they proceeded to fill up 10 more dash orders before mine. I had to interrupt and tell them they need to fill my order so I can leave, had I not I would have had to wait for yet another batch to come out. Won’t be back unless they start handling the deliveries in the prep area rather than the same line as customers dining in. Would give zero stars for service but the food is at least decent
