Opens at 10am on Sundays but opening have nothing but orange chicken and rice ONLY available. After paying for the forced selection, team member gave me a hard time after asking for a to-go fork (literally next to her) instead wanted me to grab an exposed fork.
I actually like Panda Express. Not anymore. Everyone wants a job but No one wants to work.

Maybe this was already addressed in reviews and granted i have not been in quite a while BUT when did they STOP putting teriyaki sauce over the chicken??? Like...your basically charging me for grilled chicken that's basically room temperature if your giving me a PACK of sauce to pour on it!!!!! Has it ALWAYS been in a pack and you all have been dumping packets of sauce in a larger container just for esthetics??? And then the whole 10 cent bag fee and have the nerve to ask if I want to DONATE???? PLEASE!!!!!!! Basically its giving...keep my azz home and cook my own food😒
I got there at 10:50?they close at 11:30. I stood there while the employees made multiple DoorDash orders. Then when it was my turn, there was no rice no lo mein and absolutely no meat/veggie/shrimp/food left. My boyfriend asked the lady if they were going put more food out she told us no proudly……. You close at 11:30!!!!! Not to mention, you could’ve let us know five minutes ago that Regardless of you being open till 1130 you refuse to make or put out more food out for the customers that choose This establishment based on their hours of operation!!! You need to change your hours Immediately is unacceptable and false Advertisement….. It needs to say open until we run out of food period!!!!!!

Jan 2025. So. Last 2 years I had almost Completely Given Up on THIS Glen Burnie Panda Express near my home but took a Chance and ordered to see if anything had gotten better. Past 3 months 2X I actually was pleasantly surprised small portions of meat but food was good and prepared great was hot & fresh. Then last order was not good I actually got sick. This latest time is IT. Burnt Eggrolls. ENTREES DRY ABSOLUTELY *NO SAUCE*. AND DID NOT ORDER CHICKEN WITH 2 LITTLE STRING BEANS. NOT EVEN PREPARED WITH ANY CARE. TASTELESS FRIED RICE. Flavor on entrees although super small portions was JUST ok and Eggrolls tasted ok despite being burnt. The Sesame Chicken they gave me taste like Cotton Candy, breading taste pasty like uncooked dough; no sesame seeds, 2 small green beans and 2-3 pepper pieces on it. As you can see the Teriyaki Chicken was Simply Grilled Chicken ZERO Sauce. And BIG HUNKS of meat Unappealing & Unappetizing Looking. Think that 🤔 I will no longer be Wasting $$$ @ this particular Panda Express. They're NOT CHEAP either and who has money to BLOW and just Go Down The Drain keep getting Bad Food like this??? Service was also super Slow 12 noon on a Wednesday! Y'all Need To DO Better. Staff are OK not the best not the worst either. Restaurant's clean.

I frequently visit this location, and I have some mixed feelings about my experience. While the food was decent, there were several aspects that left me feeling a bit underwhelmed.

Additionally, the plasticware provided wasn’t covered, raising concerns about sanitation. It’s important for customers to feel confident that the utensils they are using are clean.
I also found the checkout process to be lacking in customer engagement. The staff seemed more focused on quickly completing transactions rather than interacting with customers. A friendly greeting and an inquiry about whether I wanted to dine in would have made a significant difference. Moreover, the request for donations during the checkout felt a bit intrusive, especially when all I wanted to do was make my purchase.
Lastly, I couldn’t help but notice a disparity in portion sizes. It appears that foreign customers received larger servings, which raises questions about consistency in service. It’s vital for businesses to ensure that all customers feel equally valued, regardless of their ethnicity background.

The food was fine, but a little cold. Mt main disappointments were the following:
1. This panda express does not offer free samples.
2. The serving size was pretty small.
If I'm going to pay 14-17 dollars for a plate, then I expect the serving size of the entree and sides to be full to where they should be almost pushing against the box when closing. If these two things could be addressed, this location could be one of the best in the area!
