Cafe #203583 Dirty from the door you walk in. Cashier : Kendall -don't have a clue what's going on. I asked him a simple question if more bread was coming out. He stood there With No clue & said he didn't know. Normally When you don't know , you go ask. I told him to ask. The heavy blonde hair lady said More bread is coming but won't be Hot. I was wondering what that meant. So I guess bread coming out from the oven is not Hot but Cold. I asked Kendall what that meant. He shrugged his shoulders I don't know. I wonder if he knows what he's working at.?? Everything was bad in that place. From the time you walk in to the cashier to the another employee, sneezing on a pastry & back. I left. Went to pick up an online order. Did not see my order on the shelf so I went to ask a cashier was very rude about it. Had me waiting for 10 minutes. I had only ordered iced coffee and a kitchen cookie. Once I got my order the coffee was watered down from the ice.

Never in my life have I heard of a quality business just dumping sliced & toasted bagels straight into the paper delivery bag. That's not sanitary or a representation of good customer service - esp if the food is being transported through Doordash. The manager said this was common practice - this should be a very UNCOMMON practice for Panera Bread regardless of the franchise. Packaging food is for minimizing exposure to the elements - you can afford to put bagels in boxes if I'm paying 30$ for half a dozen

2 days ago, I had grilled cheese, it wasnt even toasted and sloppy. Then today I got a cinnamon toast crunch and it wasnt even baked or toasted. This used to be my favorite PB, not anymore. What did you do??

I usually buy broccoli and cheddar soup twice a week there. Today i tried the cheesesteak and the broccoli soup the soup had little tiny bits of the broccoli heads in there hardly any. And the cheesesteak had hardly any meat all it was was red peppers mayonnaise and hardly any meat. The food is usually good today it was horrible

I ordered a chicken chipotle with egg and avo but the avo was bad and black, and i also ordered and chocolate croissant but it was already going to get but or it was all cause It was hard to eat . They should pay more attention to those details before servered food
I got the lobster roll and French onion soup. The lobster was great, the bun was not fresh so it began to crumble and fall apart. It then required a fork in order to eat it. I have had their French onion soup too many times to count. On this visit they hardly put any cheese on top. Just a little disappointing when you are already used to something. The story soda was out of syrup. Ugh, that first drink was nasty. The green tea drink that they have in the clear dispenser looked like a dirty fish tank.

Trying to order a pick two, and a pastry. But apparently my order is too large to order so I have to wait an hour to try again. Like that's going to happen. This PB is terrible, always has been. Unfortunately for me, it's the closest one to my job.

12.17.24 My "home" Panera is the one on Ritchie Hwy in Pasadena which is slowly deteriorating. THIS Panera is much better run. Well stocked. Crew is always friendly and responsive. Food order is correct & served quickly. Dining room is well looked after. Restroom clean. Def a step above the "other one". Danielle, the mgr, is AWESOME! Watched her gently, but firmly & with authority, get a sleeping homeless person out of the booth & store. It appeared he had been there a while & I'm sure is allowed to overstay his welcome as a kindness by Panera. But it was getting close to lunch hour & he needed to make room for others. Thankfully, it is approaching 60 degrees today.
