Trying to order a pick two, and a pastry. But apparently my order is too large to order so I have to wait an hour to try again. Like that's going to happen. This PB is terrible, always has been. Unfortunately for me, it's the closest one to my job.

12.17.24 My "home" Panera is the one on Ritchie Hwy in Pasadena which is slowly deteriorating.
THIS Panera is much better run. Well stocked. Crew is always friendly and responsive. Food order is correct & served quickly. Dining room is well looked after. Restroom clean. Def a step above the "other one".
Danielle, the mgr, is AWESOME! Watched her gently, but firmly & with authority, get a sleeping homeless person out of the booth & store. It appeared he had been there a while & I'm sure is allowed to overstay his welcome as a kindness by Panera. But it was getting close to lunch hour & he needed to make room for others. Thankfully, it is approaching 60 degrees today.
Nice place and clen

I went in to get some gift cards and a chocolate croissant. There was a problem scanning the gift cards, but they were able to figure it out. They made sure to have another cashier to service the other customers. Fortunately, it wasn't a busy time of day. I love Panera, the food is always so good and it's a relaxing place to eat.

Silverware was not clean; chicken on salad seemed different; windows were clean surprisingly; guy who took my order kept rubbing his face; they were pretty quick.

Best Place To Work Remote. Period.
I have tried different places to stay all day and get my work done. It's either a weird variety of food so I end up not getting what I would really want to eat, it's this big meal that is greasy so I can't eat it later for leftovers when it's cold, the environment is super loud, there's no outlet for my laptop, it's cold, the wifi is shotty. This is none of that.
With the Sip Club, I had unlimited coffee, soda, water, etc. I got a variety of food for breakfast, lunch, and dessert. The booths are more private with tall backs and most booths have outlets under the bench for easy access. The wifi was solid! I was able to watch a show in the background while I worked! The entire place was clean including the bathroom. The music was chill, hype at times, but not loud and overwhelming. And I wasn't getting any death stares from workers to get up. I was there a loooonnnng time on Saturday, the staff here was friendly and I didn't feel that "get out" vibe. I got so much done.
I don't like to write reviews, but before I only came in for my Sip Club drink and bounced. Maybe a meal but not usually. After today, I will definitely be returning to work and getting multiple meals. I had a tea in the morning, a You Pick Two that I split into two smaller meals (I don't like big portions at once), so I got a warm hearty chilli with bread for lunch when I was a little cold and later ate my Mediterranean salad later. Both so good! Had my hot coffee and cold sodas to keep me alert. Only thing I didn't like was my kitchen sink cookie, and that was a personal preference thing. I tried it and I just realized I do not like my cookies like that.
Great experience. 10/10 would recommend. I also believe the morning crew set a great tone for the rest of the day. I am not sure I would feel the same way if not. Thank you!!!
Vegetarian options: I don't know. My salad was Mediterranean. It was vegetarian because it had cheese and I opted for no chicken. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Parking: Parking in front is limited but the side faces the rest of the plaza so there is plenty.
Kid-friendliness: So many kids were here with families. Families seemed comfortable in their spaces. For the one without a kid, I didn't feel like the acoustics made the kids louder and the talk backs on the booths gave families their own space
Wheelchair accessibility: Everyone walks down a long ramp to get in. I like that. The ramp isn't an afterthought.

The young girls never make the orders correctly. Paid extra for bacon and didn’t get it.
Great food but changes menu to frequently so if you like something it might be gone next time you come back

Panera has always had good fresh food. I have to say I LOVE your orange scones. For some reason this location makes them taste way better than any other location!

If I could give 0 starts I would. They lost my order and didn’t start preparing it till a half an hour after it was supposed to be ready. I had to go my whole lunch break with out food.

The only thing that was somewhat healthy, and as a diabetic and pregnant woman, could I have it for breakfast? She said it was not available even though the poster was posted as an advertisement. She said that I was late for breakfast and the time was 10 am and in the poster there was no specific time. The important thing was nothing healthy like whole bread, all pastries and sweets.
