The very unhappy woman at the hostess desk is in the wrong job! No hospitality~she never said hello or welcome & threw the menus on a table without even asking if we were ok with it. Put me off for the rest of the Pappas dining experience. Don't order rockfish. It was seriously off freshness. Our waitress was very nice & took it off my bill.

We had an awesome dinner last night. In town from FL but originally from MD and had a group. Service was great. Loved the wedge salad, cream of crab, and blackbottom cheesecake! Large menu, many desserts. Delicious crab cakes. We look forward to making this our stop in spot when we're back in town!

My favorite restaurant in baltimore. Used to be g&m seafood near the airport. That is when I was first introduced to high-quality delicious crab cakes with hardly any filling at all. However, the last few times I went there the crab cakes were kind of dry as if they've been prepared earlier and just warmed up for serving. My nephew introduced me to Papa's restaurant. Their crab cakes are just the way I remember those being from g&m. Passing through Baltimore this time I found a different Pappas location that was closer to my hotel. I tried them and yes their crab cakes were fantastic as before. Plus they give you quiet amount of food with that crab cake. I was extremely satisfied.
