Lady making my pizza was rude told me to “get my kid he’s grabbing multiple lids “ by the way he’s 6 and he grabbed only two lids one for me and one for him. She didn’t seem happy to be there at all. I asked if I could switch the desert for a salad in the kids bundle for the same price they said yes but it was a dollar up charge. The lettuce was brown and she was going to serve it to me like that until I said something then she went in the back and got fresh lettuce. I should have just went to MOD pizza

They do not honor their prices listed on their menu. If you go here, you will get a surprise price and if you catch it and ask about it, the "managers" will tell you they can't do anything about it. They need to update their prices and train their employees on problem solving. And also customer service, but I guess that is not a staple of Pie Five. Food was just okay after all the fuss. Go across the street to Mod Pizza. Their prices match what you pay.

Has been getting very inconsistent with portion sizes lately. One pizza was drowning in cheese and then the next time there's barren toppings and the employees seem rushed, frazzled and not well trained. This location can get busy quick, they need to keep the store staffed better too.

I had just had pizza the day before so I decided on a salad but what they had out just wasn't fresh so I quickly decided on the loaded calzone with the house dressing. It was pretty ðŸ‘

I had the best experience at the Glen burnie location. I called to order pizzas for a group of kids for a church function . I spoke with a kamica Anderson and she was able to ease my mind and provide me with excellent service. I will be using this business again and this being my first time it was excellent. Great food Great service equals an excellent experience

Just like Mod Pizza. The smallest personal they have is an 11" but that was fine because I had two small slices to take back home for a snack later. The dough was thin and almost soggy-like in the center, but that may have been just a one-time annoyance. I will go back, it was easy to get my pizza, eat, and go back to work (45 min lunch break)

Just came in with my family for the first time ever and WOW!!!! THE CRAB DIP PIZZA IS LIFE!!!!!! my husband got the high 5 and loved it too!! But the best part was definitely the staff!! They are all so AMAZING!!!!! WE WILL FOR SURE BE BACK!
