If you're in the hotel right next to this location wait 10 minutes when they say your order pickup is ready. Hopefully, by then, it will be ready at that time.

Also, make sure you have utensils napkins or plates, all of which you have to ask for, as they are available behind the counter. Not for people walking out with an order. It is tough to eat their delicious chicken Alfredo pasta without a fork.

The food is good once it is received. Really wish I could give more stars.

Pizza took long to receive and was cold when given. Hair in pizza as well as cheese terribly or even barely melted. Garlic bread sticks cheese barely melted and big pieces of garlic on top.

The food was terrible. The pizzas were clearly not made to order. The chees pizza was cold and disgusting. The 'pepperoni lovers' had very few pepperoni and the cheese was greasy. In fact all of the food was covered in grease.
The restaurant was dirty and all of the workers had dirty uniforms. I will say they tried to assist but were not very good at any part of customer service.
The store was freezing and dirty. And since the food was not near ready, even with a preorder, we waited for over 30 min for the disgusting food. There was a homeless person who was continually asking for food from my order. Thankfully someone was able to share a slice of pizza for him.

Good good but my cheese bread is never cut like come on how hard is it to remember to cut the food? This the second time will stick to the one down street by shopping center like they slow or something at this location.

I ordered Supreme Pizza. It was the worst pizza I've ever had. Dough is the biggest problem It tasted like undercooked frozen pizza dough. I will never order again.

Employees missed part of my order and had to wait extra. They were also smoking pot on the job, which explains their short attention span and the lack of detail when doing their job. There should be absolutely no excuse to smoke pot at work and be high on the job.

I placed my order, they charged me the money, I waited 40 minutes, my order did not arrive, then they said it was a problem with Dordahs, I called Dordahs and they did not take responsibility for the problem, when I went and made a claim at the store they said they did not have delivery service so they canceled my order and did not let me know, I ordered at that moment I waited 20 more minutes then they said the pizza was burned and that I could not get it, I had to look for food somewhere else and my money was not returned, I lost $50 with them and they did not fix anything

I ordered a Hut Box with a melt to try it for the first time and an order of mini cinnamon rolls, I was told my order did not meet the minimum so I need to add something. I asked to add marinara sauce. The person who took my order told me that the melts come with marinara sauce so I declined to add an extra. Instead, I added the regular Pizza Hut icing sauce instead, when I got my order, there was no marinara sauce and the icing was put in the box, the order was also cold. When I called to ask if the hot box does indeed come with marinara sauce for future reference the worker I spoke to was very nonchalant. I won’t be ordering this ever again because it tastes horrible without sauce.

I should’ve read the reviews before going. First time going into this store and will be my last. Damon demonstrated the worst customer service. Why work in customer service to be miserable and disrespect customers? It doesn’t make any sense. The call center messed up my order and when I got there to pick it up, apparently they didn’t have my order. So it was already an inconvenience to have to replace the order and wait again and then having to deal with nasty attitudes? Do better Pizza Hut.
