Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The food I received was relatively good however the incompetence of the worker destroyed my experience. After spending 7 minutes at the menu in the drive thru attempting to effectively communicate with the worker. they did not have strawberry biscuits even though online claimed to have them. Though this was not a deterrent the staff neglected to include my strawberry crème pie that I paid for. I was also not given any straws and not enough sauce for the 3 meals that I ordered for $50. the chicken tenders were delicious though.

Didn’t want to post a review but like the 4 or 5 times I order through uber eats I get 2 chicken sandwiches and each time it takes 15-20 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. They wait until you get to the restaurant to then start making the chicken. You get a notification when an eats order is placed. Have the food ready to go and not make me wait another 5-15 minutes when I get to the counter to pick it up.

I don't know why u all open at 10 am second time food not ready chicken won't be ready til 12 min after u all open last time no mac cheese everytime I came u don't have what I want to order. Why open at 10 then.

We had a coupon. They were really fast and efficient, friendly too. We ordered chicken that was not spicy. The coating was crisp and the chicken moist. Our side was the coleslaw. It had a sweet touch that was just right. Fortunately we took our order to go because the dining area was too cold for me

Worst Popeyes ever honestly. Truly the worst customer service experience I’ve had

I ordered the Tukin Dine meal from Popeyes and was really disappointed. The biscuits were missing, the wings were cold, and shortly after eating, my stomach started hurting.

I would really request Popeyes to focus on maintaining food quality. Don’t serve extra food if you can’t even get the basics right. Quality matters more than quantity. Cold food and missing items are just unacceptable.

Worst service ever!!!

Asked for 3 piece tenders spicy with fries
Kids meal the one piece tender and Mac with two extra biscuits

I received the 3 piece spicy with fries but spicy tenders was hard as ever and cold the fries was cool the kids meal tender was ok but the Mac was cold and dry

I didn’t receive the two extra biscuits however still got charged for them.

For drink I asked for Coca Cola they was out asked for Dr Pepper they was out , end up going with sprite which happen to taste so. Bad idek it was carbonated water basically

I asked for honey mustard and barbecue he said I can get two of each and then I asked the women who ring me up if I need to buy extra sauce she said no and i asked if I can have another honey mustard so 3 all together however I received one honey mustard

Then I got dropped off home and once I realize all my food was like this I try call them I called 10 times and received no answer worst Popeyes there is.

Consistently the worst Popeyes you can find....the food is either under or over cooked.....if you complain they get rude real fast.....I love Popeyes chicken but this one is a real dud.
