Our office ordered from them today for the staff. The sandwiches were too small and the grilled chicken and Mediterranean sandwiches had very little to literally no meat on them. It was my first experience with them. I will never order from there.

Potbelly never disappoints! Their sandwiches are always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly toasted. The bread has that perfect crunch on the outside and softness inside, and the ingredients taste super fresh. My go-to is their A Wreck — loaded with meats and toppings, it’s always satisfying.
Their soups, salads, and shakes are just as good — the Oreo shake is a must-try! Plus, the vibe in the shop is cozy and welcoming, often with great music playing in the background. The staff are friendly and efficient, and service is quick even when it’s busy.

One of the best subs I’ve ever had. It’s a shame I’m only in town for a few days, we don’t have a Potbelly’s location where I’m from. Tomorrow I’ll be back home eating from Jersey Mike’s or Subway, dreaming of what could’ve been. If a Potbelly’s ever opens in Salisbury, MD, we’ll welcome them with open arms.

I don’t usually leave reviews but in this circumstance I feel like I have to. I’m not from around here and honestly had never even heard of Potbelly until I walked in. But what really stood out to me was just how kind the people were. Even though they were extremely busy I had one particular employee who didn’t rush me, let me ask all the questions about my dietary restrictions, and even recommended their favorite (which I LOVED). I see how stressed they were but Devin and Danielle DESERVE the recognition for outstanding customer service. I’ll be sure to drop in again and speak with the manager about the two of them. The food was much needed comfort and so thankful I took Devin’s suggestion!

When it’s good, it’s really good but unfortunately most of the time I order from here, something is incorrect about my order. Today my chips were missing from my pick up order. The last time, they put ham instead of turkey on my sandwich. And there’s been countless times before that, that something was wrong. On top of the order being wrong, they’re so slow and my order is never ready when the app says it’ll be ready.

As soon as you walk in you’re hit with a delicious aroma that makes you want to sit down with your to go order and never leave! Definitely look forward to ordering more from this location.

Food is good *if* they actually make it right, but this place is painfully slow. You can order carryout, show up 20 mins after the estimate for pickup, and they still won't have your food for another 10 mins.
Would've been faster to just go in and hop in the line to order. I've visited this location four times in the last 2 - 3 weeks and only one time has my order been ready within 5 mins of the estimated time.
Just took 45 mins to finish my order and when I got home to eat it was missing ALL condiments I requested (mayo, onions, lettuce, double cheese). It didn't even have any cheese on it at all. Wild stuff.
