Third visit and today must hadbeen something wrong with the much. Had to repeat myself 3 to 4 times.
Other than that food was great.

This restaurant is smaller than the one in Columbia, MD. Thankfully they do not blast the music so loud here. Food was fine. Staff at the counter are very inattentive. My order was ready and sitting there. They did not call my name. I had to go up and ask for my order. It was not even that busy. Tables were clean, but the bathroom was very dirty. So food was good, but the other things need to be improved.

I agree with so many people with this location not being same as others in other states. The first time I went to raising canes was in Times Square… fell in love! Crispy chicken and lots of fries… $15 worth. I came to this location multiple times … chicken isn’t fully cooked and they must pick the fries with their hands and that’s all you get lol. Granted I’ll continue to eat here BUT something has got to give when many reviews say the same thing about chicken basically being raw and portion size. I give 3 atmosphere because who the heck designed this location lol. I think they should come up with a new design in the near future.

The store will constantly forget your items. Such as bread. If you make adjustments to your order 9 times out of 10 it’s ignored

Speaking from experience, having been to locations in multiple states including Arizona. This location is just sad. Haven't even been open for a month and went through drive thru rather quickly then I see why... When I finally get home and open my meal... The chicken was ok not as crispy as the other locations, but the real disappointment was the fries not only was the not enough to fill the tiny section the have in their container it was barely 2/3 full. The other location which is in the desert and potatoes are even pricier they still fill the container with enough fries to justify the amount paid for the sub par food. Your dipping is not that good. Will not be coming back to this location so long as I live in Maryland. Which won't be long cause like this place, just trash 🗑️. Enjoy my review, it will remain for as long as I live. Thank you for reaffirming the reason why I stopped trying new things.

Confusing plaza to enter, smallest chicken fingers of any location I've been to, and we were shorted two sauces.
